Note: I do combo my manual pe with self-hypnosis sessions (aiding in recovery) and for the past month have not supplemented with whey protein but will resume.

Thank you for your work here.

And thanks mods for moving this here. Better place I think.
I'm going to be adding more example routines to this.

As for your self-hypnosis sessions, I am very interested in hearing about this. I have been thinking about PE self hypnosis for a while now and I cant seem to find the information I'm looking for. Zulu maybe you can help me out a bit. Do you have msn messenger? If not, PE me.

Haha did you mean PM you? I think you would rather PE yourself than me. PM sent.

5.00 EG reached! Thanks Radiohead. I like how you also incorporate stretches like the tunica tug or optional stretching at the end. Time to hit the vaunted 6.5 EG.

And though I did notice a little bit of shortening, I have simply reincorporated the jonpop starter routine to keep length on "off" days.

PE and PEGym are simply awesome

What's your secret? I've been incorporating Flaccid Bends, Tunica Tugs and Uli's (not all during the same session) for the past 3 or so weeks and haven't seen the slightest bit of growth

So is shortening a common side-effect of working girth?

-Warm up
-Full set of O bends Girth exercise
-1 set Tunica tug Length exercise
-30 wet jelqs. OK grip @ 75% erection. Very slow 8 second strokes Girth/length
-30 V jelqs. 75% erection. Very slow 8 second strokes Girth
-1 set Slinky bend Girth
-(optional: basic stretch. Length exercise)
-Warm down

I did that sample routine outlined by Radiohead. The o-bends i think should be done with about 20% erection so that there is even more blood in the penis. Just go back and re-read the beginning posts in this thread. They explain everything perfectly.

At the very beginning I had 4.5 EG then after a year of inconsistent pe 4.8 EG. The last three weeks brought me into 5.00 EG.

I also use pe hypnosis once in a while to relax and visualize growth. I think it is helpful.

I guess so. If you look at the penis as having dimensions. If you make it longer, you might lose some girth. If you make it fatter, you might lose some length. There was no major loss of length though. I would say at the most 0.125 inches and even that I am not sure of. Radiohead's routines incorporate some length exercises so you don't lose too much length and expand the penis more girthwise.

What's this about?

Do you have any links or knowledge about what to do/how it helps?

The thing that I found is that my penis looks thicker (especially when flaccid), but there's no size difference. I don't really understand it...
