When I've been doing O-bends I release the Ok grip between each direction. Could this be stopping me from making optimal/any gains? |

OK grip
bend down
squeeze and hold for 20 seconds
OK grip
bend up
squeeze and hold for 20 sec
OK grip
bend left
squeeze and hold for 20 sec
OK grip
bend right
squeeze and hold for 20 sec
2 finger ok grip (index, middle finger and thumb)
OK grip
bend down
squeeze and hold for 20 seconds
OK grip
bend up
squeeze and hold for 20 sec
OK grip
bend left
squeeze and hold for 20 sec
OK grip
bend right
do this until you reach 4
