The more girth you gain, the more length you lose. That's why you want some length exercises in every girth routine.

ah ok, i think ill stick to jp's routine until i stop gaining length, then train girth

Has anyone tried using a cable clamp while jelqing? I am currently experimenting with maintaining a 75-85% erection (while cable-clamped) and slow jelqing using light-medium grip. Each set is approximately 8 mins, with 2-3 minute restoration in between. I am also adding in erect bends to fix my left curve.

Stay away from erect bends! They are very bad for you. Cable clamp while jelqing sounds kinda crazy to me, too. But I'm definitely sure about the erect bends. I've heard enough convincing evidence that they are really not a good idea.

When doing an O-bend, are you supposed to keep the OK grip squeezed for an entire set, like:
  1. OK Grip
  2. Bend Down
  3. Squeeze grip
  4. Bend Right
  5. Bend Left
  6. Bend Up?
When I've been doing O-bends I release the Ok grip between each direction. Could this be stopping me from making optimal/any gains?

I've had a lot of success in the past month with just regular dry jelqs and stretches. The exercise that changed everything for me was the Tunica Tug. I spend about 5 minutes at low intensity stretching the tunica before hand. I've even found it to be so helpful that I need not ever use a hot wrap. The hot wrap I believe merely helped your tunica relax and become more limber before exercising. A low intensity stretch is all that I've needed to make gains in girth.

I do light tunica tugs between each set of jelqing. The key for me has been as light a grip as possible. If I want a more intense workout, then I simply increase my erection level rather than increase my grip.

My 2 Golden Rules:

1.) As light a grip as possible. If I want more intensity, I increase my erection level, not my grip.

2.) Stretch the tunica, between sets of jelqing. While the tunica is stretched, a very light grip is all you need to effectively expand the smooth muscle tissue.

Following these two rules, I've found my recovery time to be much quicker and I've gained 1/4" of girth in the past 3 weeks. However I think this is largely in part due to that I have finally been PEing correctly.
