Strange that you don't think it is enough pressure...for me it is extremely effective if:

1. I warmup beforehand
2. Go in the bathmate with an erection
3. make sure the bathmate is FULL of water - I mean as little air inside as possible. You have to cover up the top to prevent water escaping
4. A good seal, of course. This is the main thing

I pump flaccid at first, then work myself up to 60% erection at most. I dont want to pump with an erection. :P

Probably it is safer having a lower erection level - the directions tell you to go in flaccid also. However, I've gone in erect for several days in a row, 2x20min sessions per day. I haven't noticed any bruising or red spots at all. I have noticed a WAY better pump though

I received my Bathmate a week ago. I was using it just as a warmup to my regular PE routine. Then one day I was looking through the posts and seen RH post on an advanced girth/length routine. So I thought I would try it :

15mins Bathmate
10mins clamping
1 hr extender
warm down

RH if I remember correctly says to stretch for 10 -15 mins. I just have an AndroPenis extender that I use in place of manual stretches. Well after my workout my cock stays engorged for up to 3 hrs after the session is over. My PI's are good. I haven't done this long enough to see any results yet but everything is positive. I do this routine 3 times a week and my regular PE on other days. It's people like RadioHead that experiment and help others to accomplish there goals. Thanks to all for the info. Just so you all know, when performing this routine, I go from 4 3/4 EG to 5 1/2 EG.

Sounds good bodeen - You and I started using the bathmate at the same time, it might be good to compare growth differences with eachother as time goes by.

Do you ever do more than 1 bathmate set? I like to do 20min Bathmate + PE session + 15min Bathmate

I only have done 1 session per day. I only do that routine 3 times a week. Do you use the Bathmate everyday? I am curious about our gains, lets keep in contact and see the difference.

It's not easy to me, to practice manually everyday, so it might be interesting ...

Is it more productive to use your pump with your routine? I've been interested in the bathmate, but I wouldnt be able to use it at the same time of the day as my routine.
