I've seen em on eBay for 75 bucks...not sure if they're the real thing but they seem to be - normal pumps are messy, inconvenient, and cause injuries! while the bathmate doesn't overpressurize the penis, but encourages 'engorgement' naturally, and feels good I hear which is an added bonus

-For the 'underneath' hand, I feel like I'm wrapping my fingers slightly around the ligament when I 'pull the trigger' - of course one could push on the ligament as well, creating all sorts of angles
-stay very relaxed VISUALIZE the ligament stretching gradually to its maximum (
can't stress this enough)
-focus attention at the base of the ligament, where it joins by the taint, you should feel it strongly here
-For all of us 'slow gainers' with low starting LOT I would suggest that the upper hand stretch NORTH (12:00) at different angles, this will feel very effective also
The theory is that you are stretching
