good question - I like to edge for 15 minutes - a.k.a. approach the PONR several times and KEGEL - this will stretch those cavernosa's all the way down to the bottom of the inner penis.

Another option is to simply hold that hot washcloth around your whole unit, balls and all, all the way down to your taint.

Also Kegels help bring blood to the area while you are heating up

Hey, thanks for the question.

A: That is strange that you get hard by doing these...make sure you are totally flaccid first. If there is even 30% erection it is difficult to get the full stretch...

2 more pieces of wisdom:

1. DO A REALLY GOOD WARMUP

2. Using intense concentration, hold the stretch for long enough to feel the penis "GIVE" - meaning it will relax even more into the stretch. This is the single most beneficial positive PI for manual stretching (for me at least)

I've decided to rest my rice sock on the perineum and wrap my legs around it. Because I have a long sock, I can rest part of the sock on the bottom of my penis at the same time. I really get the sock hot to start - so hot I have to remove it after a few seconds and then replace. It gradually cools down enough to leave it in place but I know I'm heating up the tissues to the maximum by getting it so hot.

I've now begun using a warming pad that goes in the microwave - it stays hot for a long time, and jeez us PE'ers must have low sperm counts from heating our ballz so HOT

Nickyee - this area is under your balls. It is actually your tunica that you are stretching primarily here. Take a look at this picture, it is the grey area behind the balls. You will want to pull up 'pull the trigger' as you pull out with your other hand - but very gentle stretch at first.

Hey I was browsing the internet, came across the internal stretch and didn't realize it was for advanced. I fuckt up and tried the internal stretch once I didn't overdue it but I hadn't really done other PE. Now my cumshots / ejaculation doesn't feel as good as it does before. I did the stretch (I didn't overdue it) about a week ago and it still feels the same way. I understand how much of a retard i am and all that but I'm really concerned is will it go back to regular and is there anything I can do to help it get back to how it was?

And I'm definitely not blaming or faulting whoever came up with the technique because this is my own fault.
