Uli and its variations + general girth exercises
Hi bros,
I have some doubts on the uli and other girth exercises so I open this thread to speak about them.
ULI:
On this site, in the advanced exercise section, the uli is explained like this:
" erection level 95-100%, tight ok grip at the base (like a clamp), hold this grip for 30-60 seconds"
On thunders the Ulistretch routine and in particular the ULI #3 exercise is explained as:
"Beginning at the base of your penis shaft, still while in a semi-erect state,
encircle the shaft in a tight OK finger grip and move your "finger ring" towards
the meatus, engorging the shaft and the penis head. Squeeze 5 times, let up
the pressure, and repeat this routine 10 times."
This seems to be an high intensity dry jelq with a tight grip and a high erection level
+ there are many others exercises uli based such as DOUBLE ULI, JELQING ULI.
Now my question is:
which is the true first ULI exercise?
