Hi bros,
I have some doubts on the uli and other girth exercises so I open this thread to speak about them.

ULI:
On this site, in the advanced exercise section, the uli is explained like this:

" erection level 95-100%, tight ok grip at the base (like a clamp), hold this grip for 30-60 seconds"

On thunders the Ulistretch routine and in particular the ULI #3 exercise is explained as:

"Beginning at the base of your penis shaft, still while in a semi-erect state,
encircle the shaft in a tight OK finger grip and move your "finger ring" towards
the meatus, engorging the shaft and the penis head. Squeeze 5 times, let up
the pressure, and repeat this routine 10 times."

This seems to be an high intensity dry jelq with a tight grip and a high erection level

+ there are many others exercises uli based such as DOUBLE ULI, JELQING ULI.

Now my question is:
which is the true first ULI exercise?

There are also varations of other exercises.

Is this dangerous at all? I see my dorsal vein BURSTING out of my skin -

Also, would you recommend Kegels while doing these Uli squeezes?

Depends how long you've been exercising.

For me, it took me 4 months before I could perform the Uli for 30 seconds. After 1 year, I use a very strong clamp on my penis for 15 minutes at a time.

It's good to kegel as long as you dont overdo it.

Has anyone ome done a kegel with a semi erect penis. Seems i did this in my newb days because i did not know better. But i grew in girth as fast as i grew in length. I never used a iron grip though, just tight enough to watch it plump.

kingpole are you saying to kegel during a jelq session?

If yes I do it sometimes and you have slightly more powerful strokes.

ironsteel, i believe we all (you, me and kingpole) have seen positive results from kegeling while jelquing.. it seems to me that i gained
at a good pace as well. hmm maybe we should form a theory of kegeling while jelquing to see if people yield results as we have.
