Turtling

The other day there was a thread on turtling. Now I cannot find same. Anyone have good advice on how to avoid turtling up after work out.

I have this problem also, the consenus seems to be to have a warm shower and a light stretch.

I believe forcing it to unturtle is worse than turtling itself.

You are not "forcing it to unturtle" - one simply gently encourages healing in an extended state. I used to think the same, until I tried it
