From what I can see, that looks like A LOT of lymph build up. Not very healthy looking at all.

What ive heard He got an "hole" in his unit after the surgery.

after hitting 6inch girth I will be strictly doing length exercises so I don't look to out of proportion

i have question alot of people say pumps dont work for enlargment and its only temporary but my question is have you ever notice a diffrence in your width whenever your not pump? please answer i want one so bad
