Looks like you covered the site linking well.

I know I got hit hard with rankings because when i was doing the upgrade to my website I noticed that spam bots didn't post in my forums but they posted crap loads of links (unknowingly) in my gallery comments area on pics. Which wasn't spotted until I was converting my DB. Just something to watch

I have always had a link to PEGym on mysite because I love spreading the PE love

Thank you for the tip and "spreading the love" We like spreading the love too (there's no reason to keep PE closed off to only 1 site), and that's why our linking policy is fairly laid-back.
