Rep Power: 10 | Server Timing Hey guys.
Lately I have noticed the forum seems to be slowing down a bit. Maybe it is because we have an increased number of guests, or maybe it is my internet connection. I have a feeling it is the former.
The main web-page itself seems to be fast and at its normal speed. The forum, on the other hand, seems to take 5 seconds or more to load a page at times. I have a feeling it might be the MYSQL database.
My question is this: Do you guys feel the timing of the server is slowing down lately? If so, it's probably time for a server upgrade. |

Rep Power: 8 | It actually says please wait, your message is loading. About 5 seconds slower then what it use to be. And the last few times I tried to log into the forum it said web page could not be found. |

Rep Power: 10 | Thank you Sweety.
Does anyone else experience this? This is definitely not a good thing.
Also, I'm looking into a few hosting sites. If anyone has any suggestions, with good reasoning, let me know. |

Check out http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/
This site will time loading ect, also it gives you analysis of what may be slowing things down. On the other hand, the timing seems fine to me here. I have a cable connection. Exercising the penis is looking good!

Thank you. I will look into websiteoptimization. For the most part the PE GYm forums are quick. However, on a few occasions I have felt a slow drag. I am sure this drag will increase once we get more members. So sooner or later I am going to have to upgrade.

I've been noticing some lag again lately, especially when I reply to a post. What about you guys? Noticing anything?
Perhaps it's time to upgrade. |

I only notice it when posting. The website has lagged out twice on me now when I'm replying to someones post. I don't know why. Perhaps it's just me(?).
I'll see if it continues . . . I know sooner or later we'll need a good upgrade. |
