I've been playing around with the signatures for over an hour now and I can't seem to replicate the problem, a signature seems to come up on all my post.

Your rep power is still there, I just decided it would be best not to show it as people kept getting confused on the difference between the rep power and rep points

The "rep points" are going to show up once we implement the new reputation system, but as of now it didn't show rep points (in fact, no one knows how many points they have). It only showed "rep power" (i.e. how many points you give when you rep someone). We are adding the "rep points" feature to the profiles in hopes of making it all simpler.
