i like your avatar also i think it is very creative that was the direction i was going but i came up with nothing so when all else fails you just can go wrong with a beautiful woman. hey thanks for the length info. how was your experience with that routine ? one more question were should i post my questions about supplements?

I have had the best experience with those exercises... And an even better experience with the exercises combined. Combining exercises is great for promoting gains. My current routine is a good jelq/clamp/stretch/bending combo.

If its about PE supplements, i.e. penis enlargement pills, then it goes in the review forum. If its about supplements such as l arginine and gingseng, then it goes in the PE forum.

ok about the supplements 3 days ago i started taking the following supplements. GNC mega men multi-vitamin, Zinc 60mg, L-Lysine 500mg, L-Arginine 500mg and B-12 1,000 mcg. should i up my dosage on anything ? is there anything that i should be taking that i am missing ?

All of those are very good supplements for PE and life in general.

It is surely a good start. I wouldn't recommend taking anything else yet. Your body won't know what to do if you take too many pills that its not use to. This can actually cause the opposite of what you want (i.e. less energy, less well being).

As time goes on, if you want to add more you can try:
Tongkat Ali
Maca
and Yohimbe/Horny Goat Weed (great blood promoters, but you may get frequent erections -- even when you don't want them).

what is the conversion from mcg's into mg ?

1mg = 1000 mcg
or 1 mcg = 0.001 milligrams

I couldn't find the guide. The old link I downloaded it from is taken down. You shouldn't need it though, most of the stuff (all the important stuff, at least) is in the clamping guide here.
