Rep Power: 10 | Where do you put pressure when you jelq? Top/bottom or side/side? I've been asked this question a few times: Do I jelq by putting the pressure on the sides or by putting the pressure on the top and bottom (anterior and posterior) parts of my penis? My Answer: I typically switch it up. I tend to do one minute of side/side pressure, and the next minute I do top/bottom. Some people say there is no difference, and they may be right. However, I have noticed my penis looks more engorged when I put pressure on the top/bottom. This might be a way to more girth gains. I don't know.
Feedback is appreciated. |

Rep Power: 0 | I used to do more side/side jelqing and I only gained girth depth-wise, which thinking intuitively actually makes sense because the penis is being pushed that way. I have switched now to putting more pressure on top/bottom because I would much rather have a wide penis than a deep one.
On that note, I wonder if anybody has looked into that? Most women prefer girth to length, that has already been established. But what type of girth? Wide or deep?

Rep Power: 0 | Personally I think a wide penis LOOKS a lot better than a deep one.
Maybe we should get some PE vets with good girth gains to sort something out with you as an "experiment" or something.

Personally, if I had to choose I would also go for the wider look. Like the Mazda commercial says, wider is better. But why choose if you can have both? |

Rep Power: 17 | In my routine of Jelqing routine I do top and bottom then side to side, this give the penis a all round thickness, this is what I do. But to get the best results is when your at 60-70 % erect.

Rep Power: 10 | Dust, lil,
I too feel that "mixing it up," works best. It really gives it that all around feeling... you know, "that loving feeling."
In all seriousness, the science of PE is still a mystery, and I try to advise everyone to hit it all -- in every aspect. |

Rep Power: 8 | Hey everyone.
This is my first post here at ETP.com. I'm a regular from Thunders, but decided to also join remek's board. He's not only an inspiration, but he's a motivator and provides sound advice.
Regarding this thread: I've thought about this before. I know most people tend to focus on the sides, or chambers, as that is where most of the blood flow is. When I jelq, I mainly put most of the pressure on the sides.
But, I'm with remek on this one. I think it is good to mix it up. Now, I do a 7:3 ratio of sides to top/bottom. Also, when I do the top/bottom, I make sure to not press to hard as the nerve bundles are on the top of the shaft and I don't want to desensitize or mess them up in any way.
