Default Too Keen

Hi, I started a PE routine at the start of this week, I am in it for the long haul and realise it will take at least a year for noticeable gains. That's fine by me, I enjoy the exercise and know there will be other benefits along the way before the gains. This is my first weekend "off" as it were having done 7 days straight I now intend to get into a 5 on 2 off routine. I'm just wondering if I will ever get used to the days off? Right now all I can think about is doing my exercises and how it feels so wrong to not be doing them lol

Mikey,

Welcome to the gym. PEing 5 days in a row right off the bat is usually too much for most men. How are your PIs (negative, positive, neither)?

About PEing every day: Some men work there way up to that. Although, I don't recommend it for at least 4-6 months, as rest is an essential part of PE.

About the slight obsession with PE: Don't worry, it's common Stick with the rest, though.

PIs?
wow really sound like a noob not knowing what that is huh.

Oooh one other great thing is I gave up smoking at the same time as starting my routine and PE has given me the incentive to not quit quitting! Everytime I crave a cigarette I make myself think about PE and the detrimental effects that smoking will have to my improvement

Hey thanks for the warm welcome.

Its only been one and a bit weeks but have already noticed much stronger erections!!! Also, I may be getting a bit paranoid but the base of my penis looks a little thinner than the mid shaft, never noticed this before could it be ive gained girth from my mid shaft up but not gained any at the base? If so am I doing jelqs wrong? I start from the base not from half way, pretty sure I am following the instructions to the T.
