jaybee,

Welcome to the PE gym. So far, the results have been pretty good with this routine. It kind of follows a maximum gain, least amount of work approach (in the sense that it doesn't take a lot of work). . . I do, however, recommend upping the intensity a little bit for phase 2.

I think Babbis uses to say that you could expect ganis around 0.2cm-1.2cm where most gains around 1cm lenght-wise. (1inch = 2.54cm)

Most newbies seem to gain 1cm the first period. Also, remek is right, add about 5min or so of jelqing and a couple of minutes of stretches in the second period.

Have no one tried a period yet? If the gains I mention sound to good to be true, go over at thunders place and find the modified newbie routine thread at the members picture forum. The evidence is in that thread.

Go with low erection level jelqing and focus on the stretch part of the jelq.

Good luck!

Here is an excel document I created to show the people that tried the routine over at Thunder's. Pretty good results for such a short period of time, IMO.
