Im looking for gains in girth and length

When people say glans. Their talking about the head of the penis right.

Welcome to the PE Gym! You might want to check out this light beginners routine. It requires minimal time and it has a good track record thus far.

This shouldn't cause a problem.

You will want to jelq also (in addition to stretching). Have you seen the free penis enlargement guide? Check out the section on jelqing.

Yes, the glans refers to the head of the penis.

rodsdc5,

Yes and no.

1) No, if you cement your gains, they are typically permanent. Once you reach your size, you'll want to continue PEing for a few months, at a much slower pace. For example, if you made your gains while doing 200 jelqs each day, then a typicaly cementing routine would have you continue doing 200 jelqs for the first month; 100 for the second month; and 50 for the third month.

2) Yes, if you don't cement your gains, you will probably lose some of them.
