remek Co-Administrator Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 2,906 Rep Power: 10	Dust, Personally, I feel that PE weights are more for cementing gains than anything. That's kind of the point of an ADS: -to cement gains -and to keep the penis elongated. Either way, I love the flaccid hang they give

But I think it still helps with your flaccid length, I have found out that I can do other stretching exercises that I wasn't able to do before.
