i really need help. I have started PE for almost two months and i dont see any change with my penis. What should i do? I started the exercise with warm up 10min,10min strecth and then 25 min for jelq. i do it one day on, one day off since the beginning. is it possible that i overdo it because i heard that at the beginning, the beginner shouldnt do PE more than the limitation given in the website. Should i reduce the time and frequent to one day on, two day off now?Or i have to change my workout ?
Sorry for my weak English, i am asian - -*

It's very possible that you overtrained. How are your erections--are they stronger, weaker, or neither?

Read the PI's thread in the article section. The article will give you a better idea of what you're suppose to be experiencing when you PE.

Either way, you'll probably want to take a step back. The goal with PE is to start out light in the beginning, and then gradually increase the intensity as you advance. It's just like gym exercising. Your penis also needs rest. If you do feel that you overtrained, take a week or two off and restart with much less intensity.

In fact, i feel my penis is much stronger and Kegel is really work. But i dont gain any length. Maybe i should take a break for a week as you recommended.
When i read through the website, i found out that the penis is a mussle right?i am just wondering if i use pure protein<like some fitness guys>, it may help. Do you think that' ok?

I think that it will take time to see length. Since you have stated that you feel stronger with the Kegel exercises thats a good indicator in the right direction. Taking a break for a few days won't hurt, however taking a break just might include no sexual activity.

I also think proper nutrition will help with gains. If your breaking your body down during exercises then the body will need the necessary nutrients to repair and build, same goes for your penis. Take protein powder if you like, I believe Remek knows what supplements to take.

Thumbs up overtraining

i think stronger erection is a good sign.
I agree extra protein and perhaps Amino acids with extra L-arginine, Multi-vitamin and minerals preparations will not harm and may help if you happened to needing some thing more in your diet. You have not mentioned but I take it that you are not over weight and do general fitness exercises as well.
Penis is part of our whole body. General fitness and good health will have positive effect on penis and vice versa.

Thumbs up Great advice guys

Nobody:

Since you are experiencing harder, stronger erections, then you probably aren't overtraining.

You mention that you haven't gained any length, what about girth?

A lot of beginners who "stepped it up" in the beginning and couldn't gain length--as you have--found that after they took a 1 month break they gained when they came back with this routine: http://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-forum...t-growing.html

You may want to try it out. It's worth a shot.

Someone said remek knows the nutritions, Remek can you please explain what nutritions or/AND supplements I should take(besides protein powder since I already know what that is for) please? I am not overweight and my health is fine, and I am doing light workout if I have time, I believe it is more than enough to keep myself healthy since so many people don't even do anything.
So, please give suggestions and explanations Remek if you could

newPEguy:

There's no solid list of supplements that every PEer takes, but many guys use some of the following:
  • L-Arginine
  • Pycnogenol (useful with L-Arginine)
  • Yohimbe (don't take if you have high blood pressure or are at risk for a heart attack)
  • Omega 3's
  • Ginseng
  • Ginkgo
  • Whey protein
  • Vitamin C
  • Multi Vitamin

You can read about L-Arginine and Pycnogenol here: http://www.pegym.com/forums/general-...rking-try.html. The two are good at increasing blood flow (or so "they" say) and helping control free radical damage.

Omega 3's are good for the heart and blood circulation, which is what keeps the penis going. Here's the wikipedia page on Omega 3's: Omega-3 fatty acid - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
