I would have have thought that it will be better not think of sexual activity which may arouse you to a point where continuing with PE may become difficult. You do not have to think of anything in particular. Thinking positive about what you are doing and the end positive outcome will keep ypou interested and will make PE meaningful for you. No harm in thinking or imaging what gains you are trying to achieve by PE. You may also keep a eye on any thing unusual happing so that you take caution e.g pain in testicles by inadvertently spilling warm water on srotum during warming, so that you are cautious next time.

I find doing PE in front of a mirror helpful to learn about my movements and directions. This just keeps me focused and interested in what i am doing while keeping me doing it right.

It's also good to visualize yourself growing. Some guys swear that mentally picturing yourself getting bigger and bigger brings about results.
