PEME: You have some amazing advice on this thread from soody and others. Follow it, and you'll be on the right track. Like all things, change takes a little bit of time. But with the above, you'll be good to go. I also suggest:
  • Start a light beginner's PE routine. Go really gentle. There's no need to be jelqing while erect or doing clamps after just two months. This itself can lead to overtraining and poor erections. So re-start a very light 1 on, 2 off routine.
  • Perhaps take some supplements. Here's a good list of supplements to help with hardness and PE: http://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-forum....html#post4256
  • Kegel, Kegel, KEGEL! Soody mentioned this, but it's worth mentioning again Also start out light with your Kegels, as it's easy to overtrain while Kegeling too. Use our Kegel guide here: http://www.pegym.com/free-penis-enla...x-muscle-kegel

Good luck.

Fitboy: I'm not kidding, my daughter is a qualified hypnotherapist - and she really can help. She's in the UK - if you are too, write me a personal message.

PEME
I have not heard from you!
How are you doing?

Fitboy
Hypnotherapy is such a thing which works for some and not for others. It can work for some one for a certain problem one time and not again for the same person with the same therapist. This is because the outcome depends upon the mental state of the therapist and the subject at the time and their ''fit/ frequency'' with each other.

I know when it has worked for certain people it has really helped them. Hypnotherapy is struggling to found a sound scientific acceptance because you can not guarantee replication of results in a good number of sample.
It is more or less like CERTAIN type of therapies when results vary from one subject to another, from one therapist to another and from one situation to another.

There are claims of hypnotherapy working in certain areas including stress and cigarette cessation.

If you decide to go for hypnotherapy then my sincere advice will be to go with full belief in it not with a doubtful mind because one of it's major mode of operation is ''Suggestions''.

There's actually a few hypnotherapists who claim they can do penis enlargement. Not sure if there's any legitimacy in these claims, but I'm not one to debunk something until I've tried it myself.

hey guys sorry iv not replied, been away exercising. well i think i have made great progress in hardness through exercising and then proper rest. my girth and strength of erections have increased and out of curiosity, i tried a 10 min clamping session 2 days ago and feel an increase again in girth and hardness.

i think clamping, jelqing, stetching and the proper warm up is the way for me (although im only easing myself into the clamping slowly)

any help with a warm down, what is best and how important is it?

soody,

i have been thinking back to 2 years ago. it probably desensitized myself through watching porn and was in adead end relationship with my ex that wasnt satisfing emotionally or sexually. but also, i read on a post that if you jelq with too high an erection, your body has a kind of defence to combat it and it can ruin your erection?

anyway i have been doin great (i wish there was a site like this 2 years ago!!)

also, i clamped for 10 mins on tues, then 2 9 mins sessions today(2 days later) am i doin too much? i think i done it properly. although, did feel a bit tired and my penis went dark purple? any thoughts

thanks

PEME,

About the warm down: Some guys recommend using heat after a PE workout. I don't. I recommend using heat before a workout and then splashing some cold water or using a cold wash cloth for a minute or so after a workout.

Why? The reasoning behind the warm up is simple: It heats your penis and makes it more "flexible." This is what you want before a workout, when you are about to stretch your tissues in multiple directions. But after a workout, the goal is to keep your penis in the stretched state.

About clamping: Whenever your penis turns cold or turns a dark color, you're going to beyond your limits and need to take a step back.
