Soody: You're right, most sites charge for 1/5th the content we have here. It doesn't make sense, but they seem to be making enough money to stay open.
Nevertheless, I believe PE should be available free of charge to anyone with an Internet connection. A lot of guys don't have the money to pay for this stuff. Most of my how-to PE knowledge came from experience, discussion, and research over at Thunder's--a free PE forum. I respect that place and what they're doing to keep PE open the public. I also respect an older site by Tom Hubbard, who is probably the father of free PE. I like following in their footsteps.
Along with my firm belief in PE information being free to anyone, I also feel that PE has been kept a secret for far too long. Too many men have a problem with their penis and don't know how to fix it, or even know that they can fix it. And let's face it, a site is a lot more believable if you can see the information.
That said, we'll probably be putting up some ads on the side bar soon. According to 1&1 (our host), we had 2 million hits last month. We're going to have upgrade hosting services sooner or later, and we've only received donations from one place: Thunder's. I'm not a big fan of asking for money, so the ads seem like the most logical route to making sure this place stays free. In which case, not to worry, the ads won't be annoying, and they will be akin to Google, who provides relevant ads for its users.
