Thank you Fitboy and Remek for your advice on body building.
Realistically speaking I can only find three days a week for body building and keep fit exercises.

ers: Thanks for the link. How has the Pycnogenol combined with the L-Arginine worked out for you?

Soody: Start out with the treadmill two to three times a week along with two or three times of weights if you can manage to get a hold of a bar with some weights. If you're really interested in getting in shape, I recommend the Abs Diet book. The fitness plans are easy and effective (don't require a lot of time) and the health plan makes perfect sense.

He can also use the thera bands. They are elastic bands that have handles on the ends with different durrometer ratings for different simulated 'weights'. They travel nice if you're going out of town.

You can simply place the center of them under your feet and with a handle at each end you can perform movements like shoulder presses, bicep curls, tricep extensions, even squats. With the ability to anchor one end to a stationary (heavy) item the exercises you can perform are almost limitless.

It's a good way to start at home if you're just getting into it.
