Default hello, and help

I first discovered this website in October and was excited to know I could improve the size of my penis. Thank you for putting this together. I began doing the beginners routine in October and stuck with it until the end of December (about 10 weeks). I have had about .25" gain in girth, but no gains in length, which is my main motivation in doing this. I noticed there was a different beginners routine posted, which advised taking breaks. Should I take a break and start back up in a few weeks with a different routine? Any other advice? Please help! Thanks.
Start - BPEL: 6.25"; EL: 5.00"
Goal - BPEL: 8.00"; EL: 6:00"

I think it is still too early for a break to be honest. Wait a bit longer. Also, the routine can be amended to fit your needs. If you are looking for length, the best thing to do is more stretches. I have looked at the beginner routine and it is an excellent place to start for a n00b and is designed to give gains in both girth and length. If you have a primary focus toward one or the other, simply alter the routine to where you are doing more of the exercise that targets the area you want worked.

Hey,
I just joined and have always been interested in pe.
I do not have a problem with my size but would enjoy packing a *bigger punch*
I just measured non bone pressed because my ruler is only on a piece of paper. I measured 8 inch length, and approx. 5.8 inch girth.
My ultimate goals are 9 inch length and 6.5 inch girth, so I want to mainly gain girth.

Do you guys have any helpful tips to start me off?

The Doctor: You're damn right you don't have a problem with your size! Your starting stats are most widely wanted goal (the infamous "8x6"). Welcome to The Gym, big guy

Starting tips?
  • Following the beginner's guide.
  • Read about the PIs (and watch them closely)
  • Take it slow at first, get plenty of rest, and gradually increase the intensity.

Hey Guys,

PE Gym seems to have a cool fresh vibe, so, hi to all and thanks in advance for all that unfolds...

Looking forward to getting some good advice, as long as its not rubbing wasp stings into my wang bar as the Kama Sutra suggests hehe..

You aren't kidding, G. You think hanging is hardcore? The crazy methods we use now isn't nothing compared to "back in the day" (i.e. Kama Sutra times).
