hello everyone,

well I just found this site!! I can't believe it is free first and second it seems more real. I just learned about the PE exercise like 2 weeks ago, so I started the routine ( 6 jelqing sessions a week) I don't know if I am doing it wrong for a starter?!!! before that, I tried the extender, pumping, the pills but no results what so ever... this sounds more natural to me and I guess no matter what we discover we can't beat the natural way!!!

My first question is: what is the best program to start with and how much rest should I take after each session??? oh I masturbate everyday, does it have any affect on the PE???

Hi everybody, I'm PedroJr. I heard about this website from one of the links from JR's website Home - Build A Big Penis.com and I had a look at it for a while and I really like how authentic and real everyone is, including the admins and members. I've never done PE before and I've heard from lots of websites, doctors, friends and society in general that PE does not work. However, after being a member of JR's site and looking at this site's documentation and articles, I now believe it may be possible to grow my penis into whatever size I want. These are my starting stats before PE:

FL= 2 3/4" FG= 3 3/4" BPEL= 4 1/4" BPEG= 4 5/8"

I've been at it for a week so far with this routine:

30 minutes of basic stretch (down, right, left, and up) followed by 3 sets of 100 jelqs each (double-handed jelq or ultimate jelq) for 6 days on and 1 day off. Do I need to have more day offs? I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing here. Lastly, does masturbating affect PE in any way? Thanks everyone and I'm happy to be here, doing PE with fellow guys and sharing my progress. thanks Igwana!! well I can feel that my penis is harder after the routine of 6 days a week and 1off but after reading about the newbie routine I guess I will do one week of streching and then a month off!!! does that sound like the right way to do it or any suggestions???

Whats up PeGym peeps? MrShawn is here and ready to get on board to no more insecurities.

Megan Fox (my avatar) told me in her own words, "you will never satisfy me with a 6x4.5() penis size, it has to be at least an 8x6." I was like "damn, I'll catch back up with you later then, but I vow to return." Therefore, I am going to make her words a reality if I am ever going to stand a chance. Megan Fox here I come.

Chances are I will never meet Megan Fox but I can increase my size. Right now I am avg. or mabye even below, but I am still insecure. Im 19 right now so hopefully I can achieve that desired size in my early-mid twenties( my prime), because right now my confidence level is pretty low

Anywho, nice to be here. Ill be sure to keep yall updated. I shall start the beginners routine later on today
(seeing how it is 12:45 am and I am tired).

Being new, just thought I'd introduce myself.
Having experimented for a while - hanging, stretching, and what you could call jelqing, but not with any strict routine going, bit directionless, I thought I'd do some research to see if there was anything going that could help me out. That's how I got here. Though I don't think my size is too bad, it'd be nice to have (quite) a bit more.

Here are my stats : 1/11/2008 - FL 5" x FG 4.75". EL 6.5" x 5". Goal wise, an EL of 9" would be fine.
