hello everyone! im new here in PE gym. im from philippines and being an asian, we built small and very seldom to us to have a big penis. Lucky are those who have and un fortunately, im not one of those...but in my built, my size 5.5in x 2.5in is not that small, but im not happy right now about my size. although, i heard about this exercise but i never do that. But, after reading some stories in thread, i convinced to try it...anyway theres no harm by trying it. Please, if you have any suggestions ang giving me a apprppriate program (since im a bigginner), i very much appreciate it.

I'm 13,but my dad is the one who wanted to stretch his penis, and I wanted to know if it would work on me! I just hit puberty a couple of months ago.

Hello, I would like to comment on the way everyone conducts themselves and that I was impressed by that. It seems everyone here is on a mission and the plan is to succeed together. I have been watching this site for about a month and finally convinced myself to try a beginners workout, I figure if I don't try I won't know. The main concern at this moment is flaccid length, I think the term used is "turtle" and the term fits well. Any advice to helping with this would be appreciated.

Hi to all! Thank you for welcoming me in this forum. Let's have fun and learn from each other. About me, Im 28 y/o, and Im a Filipino. Many of us Filipino had a way below average penis size. In fact my measurement is only 4.5 inch in erect stage. I like to improve it or make it big rather. Guys please help me out...

Hello everyone. I got introduced to this forum a few days ago when contacted by remek to do some instructional PE videos for this site. Nice forum btw remek. I've been around PE now for about 9 years. I've done just about everything you can think of from some basic manual stretches, jelqing, squeezes, pumping, clamping, stretchers, and even hung a midget (well in equivalent weight speaking) from my penis. I started back in the day at 5" non bp erect length, and 5" of erect girth. I currently have 7" of non bp erect length, 6.25" of erect girth (shaft, not "base")...and not to mention that my flaccid length is now bigger than what my former erect length used to be. Considering the amount of time I've known about PE, and practiced, it albeit VERY on again, off again....I'm very happy with the permanent size increases I've made.

Talking Another newbie

68 years young.
Been following the newbie instructions for warmup, stretching and jelqueing for 3 weeks.
Started at bpel 5.75" girth 5.00".
Now bpel 6.75" girth 5.50".
Happy with progress so far.
Odd spotting and minor haemotoma occurrence which disappears in due course.

Question.

When manual stretching (flacid), I feel a tight thin something stretched along the top middle of the penis. This is the only physical inhibition preventing further penis stretching. What is this? and what can be done about stretching it? No pain when applying tension.

I will look out for constructive comment on this thread.
