New Guys: Take Beaver's advice to heart! It's true words of wisdom for any PEer.

Your welcome, Chuck. Good luck with the turtling. PE has helped many men turn from "growers" into "showers." Hopefully it will do the same for you. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask (just start a new thread).

Default 3 weeks old

Been implementing the newbie routine for about 3 weeks and have noticed positive changes. This post marks my official commitment towards myself, reason being I'm weighed it, meaning measurement are up and goals are set.

Edit: I know for a fact that my measurement are off abit. I can't read a rule precisely so I have edited down just a bit.

Frosty, you may want to start a progress journal in the progress log forum. It really helps with the commitment and motivation.

Welcome to The Gym, pwr!

We have a few success stories on our success stories page: http://www.pegym.com/index.php?optio...essfully+saved.
They are taken from interviews I've done with PEers. I'll be adding some more as time goes on.
