i, very thankful i've found this site, because ive been looking since im in highschool. cause i know for a fact that it is possible. i myself been doing this kind of exersises cause back when i was a child, i saw my father pulling and massaging gently my infant brother's penis, so i tried it myself. so i kind of doing this exercise for long time.
i saw couple of sites, telling its a ancient arabian method,
but the hell, its to expensive for me to register.

I am PEing about 2 mounth.I have been overtrained and i am not PEing about a week and now my erection come back and I am ready to do some new routine.Give me some routine guys.
my BDFSL is 6.2 my BPEL is 6.9 my girth is 4.7 i think my EQ is 9(i am 19 years old)but i am not sure...

Rep Power: 0  | Montreal-Based Avid Jelqer, new to this forum Hi guys, Im now 30 years old, started all-day hanging when I was 27. Started with a 7" erect length. I got slow good results from all day hanging, mostly in flaccid length. I did not jelq because of too many wrestling injuries (I was training for competition at the time, now I do not wrestle). ADH was more convenient for me. I started jelqing a year and a half ago, with much better results. I gained 1" in erect length and 1" in circumference (starting at 5.5" around the thickest part, now 6.5"). I have been reading Thunder's Place forum for about 2 years.
I have tried many gadgets like the extenders, circle device, and pills, but for me the fastest results were from my own hands. I also sculpt clay as a hobby, and different jelqing techniques eventually change the shape of my dick. My next goal is adding 0.25" to length, and I will now try hanging weights.
I work as a unorthodox sex councillor for gay men, and those with small penis issues I show them the techniques to enlarge themselves, which at the same time empowers them. I am here to learn more and to share experiences.

Rep Power: 0  | hello everyone! i am 23 years old and i've been lurking around this forum for about a month and a half getting information and have been PEing for about the same amount of time doing the beginners exercise. i decided to join because as much as i can learn from reading things on here i'd rather be able to ask for advice and to receive on specific thoughts of mine. i recently took about a week off because i felt i might be overtraining and from what i've read i definatly want to take it easy in the beginning. i have seen some gains but are very minimal, but since i have only been so a short amount of time i am not worried.
my routine consists of:
5 min warm up
6 min stretching
10 min jelging
3 min cool down
started 1 day on 2 days off and have moved to 2 days on 1 day off
well i look forward to talking with you guys and i am on my way to being bigger and more healthy.

Didnt work back then wasnt interested in dedicating. Hoping to put in a good bit of time. share my experiances and progress. |
