Rep Power: 10 | lastresort, welcome to the PE Gym, very nice to have you.
No problem with the double post. Sounds like you've got a good amount of experience under your belt. Those are some admirable gains. I'm sure you will be an asset to the new-comers here.
Keep us posted on your routines and progress!!!!

Rep Power: 0 | Newbie, but not really Hello, newbie here. Well, I'm actually not new to PE, as I have read a lot and tried at at the same time. But routines are definitely new to me, because I didn't quite create one for me before.
A year ago, I have been trying out PE exercises and doing basic jelqs and stretches every other day. I actually increased in girth (I know because I kept a measuring log), but what I wanted was length which wasn't as tame as my girth gains. When school was almost over, I didn't have the time to do them anymore, somewhat losing hope, but mostly, it's the loss of time for working out. And when I decided to just continue reading, I got more confused, because everything was all around messy.
Now that I have time again, I feel like starting over, and wondering if I can have a sort of 'personal trainer' here who I can bug with my questions.
To get things started, I am afraid to restart again because I'm afraid I might not make anymore gains because I stopped completely. I hope somebody here could kepe my hopes up. And I hope I would have a routine to which I will be very faithful.
So, where would I start? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks! |

| Welcome to the PE Gym. pndtloki. One of the hardest things to do, is starting back.
All the good habits that one has developed have fallen away. You don't need a personal trainer. You do need to post many questions and they will be answered by the membership. Go to the general PE forum and read all the good routines that are listed and get started. Make a commitment and you will see the gains. Stopping completly, sometimes makes it easier to gain when you re-start. Good luck. JP

It's good to have you aboard. If you're willing to share it, we would also like to know how did you stumble upon The PE Gym? The more information your provide, the easier it will be for us to get this free site to the men who want it. | i simply started looking for sites that might offer improvement. After not finding anything that seemed realistic, I finally got bold enough to do a pinus search and foung this site. Wish it had been earlier. Have just begun the rountine and am looking forward to some gains. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hi. My name is Terry. I just joined today.
I've been doing PE off and on, like I mentioned in my profile, for 3 years. This time, I'm going to stick to a consistent schedule and am going to stick with it, period.
My measurements now:
6.8" length
6.1" girth
My goals are:
8.0" length
7.1" girth
I bought the book "Exercising the Penis" from ebay and it's full of great information.
Hi, everyone. :-) |
