Hi all, I just started the routines a few days ago. My wife says she has no prob with my size, just the duration of lovemaking. I checked into all the pe pills out there and thought about getting vimax when i did a search on excercises and found this site. Well anyway, today I ordered Arginine, Korean red ginseng, and some gingko biloba. Just from the few days i have been excercising i feel thinker. Hopefully with the use of kegals in my new routine i can get that staying power she wants, and with the rest the wow factor i want. Just from the testimonials I have read, so far I think this site is a godsend for avg men looking to improve there lives and self esteem, kudos!
Hopefully with the suplements and some dedication i will get the size and staying power i want. Thank you all for your wisdom and help

Hello there!

I?m a spanish guy (I don?t know if I?m the firts, lol) so, sorry for my english, I promised I?ll do my best

I find Thundersplace about 3 years ago but I?ve never been constant and always I finish overtraining my unit, doing routines that longs more than hour 5 days on then 2 off. I always get discourage because gains didn?t appear.

My goals are very modest (IMO): 1 inch in each dimension (lenght and girth). For me, my perfect size it?s about 18 cms (7,1 inches aprox) npb lenght and between 13,5 or 14 cms in girth (5,5 inches aprox)

More or less a month ago I was doing a basic search on Thunders, just looking (I was without pe more than half a year, I bought a BathMate to do wet pumping but I only do it until March before it gets broken). Then I find the babbis "Modified Newbie Routine". I?m still doing it (yesterday I finish my 5th workout of 6) and I?ve see a gain in bp lenght (I?m between 18,3 and 18,5 cms bp).

Because I find so much interesting the particulary vision of babbis in PE, I Start searching about IPR, progressive overload, the smooth muscle theory. I think for me it?s the best way to train (1 day on 2 off) I always come back with desire of doing my routine very well, each routine I do with all my fully concentration and later, when I finish, I write down in a log my impressions (in Spanish of course, LOL).

I?m impacient for finish this routine, give me a month of break and see what happens to my measurements (somewhere I read usually gains come when you get a break) I hope I gain some more lenght.

Well, I think I?m talking too much, I?ll son open a post where I explain my routine and my future plans

Glad to be here, this forums seems more "familiar" to me than Thunders. Hope babbis or/and remek took my under his tutory

Hey guys new here also
I have always been intrested in enlargening my penis. Maybe, I am currently sexually active and i dont have any problems with women, but my average joe just makes me feel insecure. Women seem to be content with me because of my skill, but i've always wanted a shock and awe factor if you will. I've done alot of research and i just started PE'ing today and Im gonna try not to overtrain. I did jelqs and stretches today and my penis is definetely feeling like it had a workout. I've read alot but I have a quick question for you remek.

Since I am still fairly young (19) do you think Ill see gains any faster?

About your question: Most likely not. Although a few men grow after the age of 18, most men don't. You're probably done growing naturally. And to my knowledge, there hasn't been a correlation with being younger and gaining more.

Thx remek, I have already noticed some gains and its been almost two weeks. I have a quick ? though. At night when i go to sleep i move my balls to the side and stretch my penis out as far as i comfortably can and tuck it down between my legs and sleep that way. Do you think that would have any beneficial results? Also I wanted to ask. Im doing p.e. one day on and one day off except for the occasional stretch daily. and wondered if this was a smart approach to promote gains and avoid injury? Thx

Jeff: Good to hear about your gains. About tucking your penis between your legs at night, I personally don't recommend it. The reason being anything can happen while your asleep. . . and the last thing you want is to cut off all the blood flowing to your penis. Some guys say they are light sleepers and they can do the sleep-n-tuck thing without any risk, but not me.

About your 1 on, 1 off routine: That's a normal routine for weeks 2 and 3. The important thing, though, is that you have positive PIs.
