Rep Power: 0  | Nudist and a grower not show'r Greetings, I am a nudist and a grower NOT a show'r. Not a good combination.  OK - I know nudists are not suppose to be concerned about their body image, but people do look. What bothers me is, when I am socially nude, with my wife, my flaccid penis is embarrassing small.(like a frighten turtle) A quick "fluff" in private, produces some nice flaccid gians, but doesn't last very long. Are there any P.E.'s that would strickly work to help with flaccid gains? My wife is extremely happy with my erect size.  |

Gains for length, girth and flaccid size, Yes. All of this goes hand in hand. (No pun intended)
The only exercise I can think of that might target just flaccid length would be weight hanging, but if you are going to go to all the trouble of working on your penis, why wouldn't you want all 3?

I haven't done them personally, but the guy who 'created' the exercise mentioned it really just targeting flaccid size without increasing EL or EG (I don't really know how that's possible). I've never personally been interested in them myself (why do an exercise that just increases flaccid size, after all?), but that could be a possible exercise to look in to. I found it over on Thunder's Place. |

I am new here at pe gym.
I have been jelqing and doing stretches for 3 months now and i have noticed a considerable amount of gain in length and girth.
This is how i started...
I started by doing a 100 jelqs (with lubricant) and did that 3 days a week for 2 weeks. I was jelqing straight down and a little to the right with the right hand and straight down and to the left with the left hand. It was a constant right over left over right over left motion.
Then after those 2 -4 weeks was up, i increased the number of reps to 150 and also changed the direction in which i jelqed.
I started jelqing straight towards the right with the right hand and straight towards the left with the left hand.
Then those 2 weeks were up and i agin increased the reps and the jelq direction. I was jelqing straight out(in front of me) to the front and a little to the right with the right hand and straight out(in front of me) and a little to the left with the left hand.
What i want to know is will i ever plateau if i keep switching the direction of the jelqs and reps every 2 - 4 weeks?
I also am starting to do just stretches, and i am thinking that every 2 weeks i should change the direction to which i stretch.
By changing the direction and duration of the stretch, will it prevent me from plateauing?
If i keep changing the direction and duration(reps and time) or the jelqing and the stretching will i ever plateau?

really interested to see if this (pe) works, therefore you feel free to share your progress.
i myself have used a pe device (andromedical) with no significant growth - some 1-1,5 cm.
perhaps i should've used like they said, that is 9 hours a day, but i found quite impossible to have it on for such long time; although one can feel it work, and the traction principle is indeed correct
i would just like to follow some daily routine to increase primarely my LENGTH, so, if one of you knows such a thing, please let me know.

Im davis and ive been doing the stretching and jelking exercises for about 3 months now. I was very happy with the results but about 3 days ago there has been swelling or a doughnut or a collar under the neck of my penis . It doesnt hurt but the base is much narrower than the neck when not erect, but is about the same size when erect. Pls help. My size is 5" long and 4" when i measure around when erect. And when not erect the base is 3" around and the neck is 4" around but 4" in legnth. Pls tell me hwat i should do.
