Davis: Welcome to The PE Gym! This is known as the "doughnut effect." As long as there isn't any pain or discomfort, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. It will most likely go back to normal in a few days (or sooner).

Hi everyone. I'm new here, but I've been doing PE for 1 1/2 years. I've gained 1 inch in BPEL and 1/2" in EG. Most of my gains came in the first few months. After that, I used a fastsize extender but I gained very little with it. I think most of my progress has come from manual work, though the extender may have been good for stretching the tunica and ligs. I read your book Remek and started with your basic routine but stayed with the workout frequency of the first week -- every 3rd day. I slowly incorporated a girth squeeze at the base while edging. My EQ has been a solid 10 most of time and I've been getting morning wood a lot. A week and half ago, I measured at 7 5/16" to 7 3/8" BPEL. That's a definate gain of 1/16" in about 6 weeks. I just started a deconditioning break which I'll take for 1 to 2 weeks. Things seemed to be getting stale. And from some reading I've done, I think that the body hits plateaus every month or so. At least mine does. I've been reading on this site and Betterman and appreciate the knowledge and experience you guys have shared. Rock out wit your cocks out. later

Hey JP. Yep. I signed up as OKGripper at Betterman about a month ago. I saw that movie a long time ago. Thought it would be a good title for a porno back then. But now, I think it would be a better handle for a PE'er. When I figure out what works best for me, it can be one I'll say I've earned. I've read some of your posts and by others on Betterman and here. I'm pretty impressed by the thought and insight that have been put into them. I don't usually get to surf online much bec of schedule and I wish I had found this earlier. I had tried to post on the fastsize site (I bought one in late 06') but could never register for some reason. Thanks for the reply. See ya.

Just wanted to tell everyone that this stuff really works. I have been PEing for 1 month now and have gained .5 in length and girth. The greatest part is my routine takes only about 20min.

Thanks a lot remek. I was just wondering whether i should continue the exercises at this time? And based on my measurements which are the exercises you think i should stress on. Im interested in legnth now as ive been getting better results on girth than in legnth.

Hello everyone my name is Wiley and Ive been PEing for less than a year but have meds some interesting progress. I will be 76 in June 2008 and want to share with you my problems. I had been sick many years and seen many doctes including te V. A. hosp. And none if them knew what was wrong with me. The V. A. Hosp emitted me at Mounain Home Tenn. and treated me for depression for several weeks to no avail so singed my self out and went home. So I got on the internet and started searching to see if I could find out what was wrong with me and after a lengthy searching time I found out what was wrong with me. I down loaded this information a took it to a doctor that specilized in this field and he made some test and agreed with me about this problem. I show very low on testosterone and started taking these harmone injections of 1cc every 15 days and have been taking thin for over two months now. In doing this I have saved my own life and am reterning to a much better healthier life. I'm not sick anymore and have a new lease on life. My ED in dissapearing and my sexuality is being corrected. A male when born is born with these harmone and these level remains high untill he reachies his 20s and then the harmones start declining and continue to do so the rest of his life. But cheer up there is help if you know where to look. Men this is a very serious situation and I hope that all you out there that measterbate a lot need to realize that you are deplenishing a very valuable resorce and really need to take heed to my story. The searous lack of this harmone (testosterone) Can actually destroy your healthy livelyhood and even cause PREMATURE (death). I know from real life experiance. I suffered for many years and it almost cost me my life. I found out about The PEGYM by accident while serfing the internet but am glad I did and highly reccomend it to all men whearther you want a larger penis or not. Well Wiley, that was quite a post. I too was diagnosed with low Testosterone, but only, like you, after I found a PE site. Back in 2003 when I found BetterMan.com, I didn't even know it was low. The big topic as the forum grew, was Testosterone and how it might affect Penis enlargment. Some of the symptoms for low "T" that were being talked about, were the same as what I was experiencing. I got my Dr. to do a test and sure enough I was low. He started me on injections on a 21 day cycle and eventully increased to 2X month. Made an immediate difference in the way I felt and the gains I was getting from PE. I now use Androgel. Got tired of being stuck in the ass. You a veteran?
I'm a Vietnam vet and getting of the age. Glad I caught that when I did, I might have wound up like you. And..."Masturbation", doesn't deplinish Testosterone. JP

I'm very grateful to have found such a well thought out and honest resource with all the hype and false information about PE circulating. I'm tempted to start the beginner's routine here, but after reading Remek's TGC theory and given the information I've gathered, I'm tempted to modify it. I'm very new however, and would really appreciate suggestions on a routine, supplements etc.

As far as health goes, I'm 18 years old [5'9", 155lbs] and work out regularly, doing high intensity interval training (specifically tabata protocol kb swings) and then various kb, sandbag and bodyweight exercises for strength training. I eat naturally and healthfully, and one of the few complaints with my health is my circulation. My fingers, toes, (and even the tip of my penis) are cold if the weather isn't warm (and I live in California, so it never gets too cold), but my doctor says there's nothing wrong with my health...

Anyways, here's what I'm starting with:
BPFSL: 7.9"
BPEL: 7.1"
Girth: 4.9"

Note that I measured my BPEL both before and after warming up for my BPFSL. My BPEL beforehand was only ~6" with an EQ of 6, but after warming up my BPEL was 7.1" (as above) with an EQ of about 7/8.

Right now my main problem is my EQ - Usually when I get erect, the outer part (corpus cavernosum) gets hard while the head and the inner part (corpus spongiosum) both remain soft. After warming up, this problem is often solved, but I'd prefer not to have to warm up my penis and then to only have an EQ 7/8 even after warming it. This problem is amplified if I lay down... It's near impossible to keep blood in the head due to (gravity, positioning?). In order to masturbate I normally have to get my penis semierect and then push it down until it gets harder.

Agh, this is certainly becoming a monstrous post. Thanks for reading it =P! Again, I'd really like advice about my routine (TGC theory states that my smooth muscle is the limiting factor, yes?), and also on supplements. I presume anything that can dilate my blood vessels would help my circulation dramatically, but again I'm really new to this.

Hey Rog, welcome to the PE Gym. Are you a smoker?

Your poor circulation is a very big red flag. Have you ever had your Dr. do a fasting, glucose test? Not normal for an 18 year old to be having the circulation problems that you are having. Please ask your Dr. to check you for diabetes, this is an early warning sign.
