And yes, I've done a fasting glucose test (took it in the morning before I ate anything) because I showed other signs for diabetes as well and my doc said that everything was fine. I have a new doctor now and I will probably have her perform more tests to verify this..
I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. However, I do have a tendency to masturbate a lot (5x a week about), and one of the easiest ways for me to increase my EQ is to hold off on masturbating for a while. Given this information, would you say that following the smooth-muscle limited guidelines in the TGC post combined with the beginner's routine would help?

| Saleem101, welcome to the PE Gym. Sounds like you need to get started on an exercise program and get the blood really flowing to your penis. at 29, you should be able to keep that thing hard for hours.

davemonkey here, you can call me monkey, not new to this PE stuff, been reading about it on the web for a while... but recently was spurred into organised action when i bought the book by Aaron Kemmer.
im 28 years old in reasonable shape and health, my aim is to get my penis wider longer and harder.
current/ starting stats:
BPEL 5.25
Erect girth at base 5.0
Erect girth under head 4.75
FL 3.25
FG (mid shaft) 3.75
goal size:
BPEL 8.5
girth base 6.5
girth head 6.5
FL 5.0
FG 4.5
started my first workout yesterday, pretty much the beginner workout in the book:
10 min warm up with rice sock
5 mins basic stretching in all 5 directions
250 jelqs, light intensity
3 x 20 kegels afterwards.
all felt good, felt fatigued afterwards but not battered lol.
only thing i noticed is that i had trouble maintaining constant semi-erect level after 100 or so jelqs. had to stop, lightly masturbate to get a tiny amount more blood in my penis and then restart, every 30 or so reps. i figure this could be due to too much hard work for my very first workout, so im going to have 2 full days off and start again on friday 30th may, see if it gets easier.
as a side - i noticed that today my erection felt harder, a good sign i guess? |

Just found this group by accident and it really looks great!
I am primarily looking for an improvement in penis health and conditioning. I wouldn't mind enlarging of course. I will have to take some accurate current measurements, but I think that that I am aroundd 8" EL and 5" EG.
My main issue is erection quality. I am 65 years old and I am having problems getting a consistent full erection. I have no problem with libido. I can get a full erection and keep it if I am standing or kneeling. In other postions, I lose a lot of firmness.
Hope this group and the exercise plan help.
I'll talk more when I get some more time. |

I've been fairly skeptical about this stuff, but it's starting to seem legit. I'm mostly looking to make my flaccid size; it's pretty measley. I'm happy with my erect size though... will this actually help my flaccid size and not just my erection? I just don't want to be embarrassed when I'm naked any more. |

Rep Power: 10   | Welcome schroder! Yep, you can work on your flaccid size if you like. It might be difficult not to get some erect gains along the way.
