Hello my fellow brothers. I am 20 years old and have been doing and researching PE and it's forums for 3-4 months consistently. I have tried Jelqing, strectches and erect bends about 4 years back but was not patient enough and quit after 2 weeks. About 3 1/2 months ago I decided to really give this thing a try. My starting stats were approxiamately 4.5" erect non-bone-pressed length and 4.5" erect girth. I've started out with a light routine for about a month doing jelqs for 10-15 mins a day about 5 days a week along with some erect bends and stretches. I know erect bends are for advanced PE-ers but I figured what the hell. I would always think what Lee Priest, a famous and successful professional bodybuilder said... "It's OK to go against the rules. The rules do not work for everyone"... of course he was talking about workouts and such. because i work out in the gym very consistently and i do make up my own techniques which have worked out fantastically, I decided to give it a try in the PE world.
After 2 months of PE'ing i decided to go into some more advanced exercises such as holds, assisted stretches, caterpillar squeezes, and a few others. What I do is I will switch it up contantly, just like in the gym. Sometimes I will take a few days off, even up to a week off so I can fully recover. My gains have been consistent. I am currently at 5.25" non-BP erect length, and 5.5" erect girth mishaft (5.75 or more at base), with noticeable increased vascularity and harder erections and a firmer flaccid unit. If and when I notice my gains stop coming I will take 2-4 weeks off with light Jelqs and JAI stretches so I can heal completely but not lose much or any gains. I look at PE just like lifting in the gym. When I stop gaining muscle I either up the intensity, change the workout completely, take a while off then start up again with the same intenity as before, or a combination of the above.
I DO regret using advanced exercises before I should have (I am very impulsive) and I fear I will not reach my final erect length goal of 7". I am going to stick with PE for as long as I have to in order to reach my final goal of at least 7" non-bone-pressed erect length and 6" erect girth at midshaft.
And I cannot thank all of you on this board for giving me the useful information I needed to gain what I have gained so far. I will use all the info on this site to gain even more to get to where my heart is set upon. Ever since I was in 5th grade I prayed to God that I would have a decently big penis. I guess he had a different plan for me. I think he wants me to work on it. I don't pray that he will give me a big penis anymore, but rather that he will give me the motivation, energy, willpower, and ability so I can exercise my way into gaining a big(ger) penis on my own.
