hey everyone

This is my intro.

I've been 'at it' for about a year now. Zero results however! Nothing, zip, not a millimeter, let alone an inch. I won't give up though. Every other day I work my routine.....
Troublesome, true. I've been reading about growth for the same year, everyone seems to gain but me. It hurts at times although I wish gains for those who take (make?) the effort.

Welcolme rain, your just in time, it was getting a little dry around here! Check out Kingpoles new routine, it may be just what your looking for. However, he is very demanding and will require total commitment to the project. Are you up to it?

This is me..

I never in a million years thought i'd be trying this. I thought all pe, pills, everything was rubbish. I was content that i'd never be massive and that i had to live with what i was given, which isnt alot. I once saw something on tv about jelqing which really put me off. some guy had a length of thick dowl and was yanking and wrapping his dick around it in all manner of ways. It looked really deformed and the shock put me off of ever even considering the practice.

However over the last few days i've found this site, amongst others (thunder's etc) and i'm convinced (if not just from the pure persistance) that there must be something in this. Unless hundreds of people enjoy lying for years about their members then it just must be true.

It makes sense too from a weights and nutrition perspective. I'm a body builder and the concept is similar (although not the same) for the muscls elsewhere in your body. This means i'm sure i have the persistance and drive to do this routinely but i'm sure i'll get frustrated with lack of visible gains so i don't plan to measure often, just get into the habbit and make it part of my week.

Anyway down to the embarrasing nitty gritty. Measured last night (was not a comfortable thing for me to do). I'm semi-relieved to find that they're about average, but from experience in the gym showers etc, i'm definately small and It's the source of alot of angst for me.

BPEL : 6.25
EG : 4.5

FL : 4.5
FG : 3.5

I am starting with this routine:

Warm up - rice sock 5 mins
Stretches - 30 secs each way - out,up,left,down,right
Wet Jelq with baby oil - 3 sec reps for 10 mins
warm down - rice sock 5 mins

I'm going to be doing 2 days on and 1 off and will try practicing these kegals daily, for now 50 reps per day.

Let me know if there's anything wrong with this. I don't expect miracules but i'd love 7 in BPEL, i'd also love extra EG, and i know the GF would too. Would it be beneficial for me to do any JAI stretches daily at such an early stage? It's gonna be awkward as i'll be practicing stealth PE from the mrs of 4.5 years. Although its not so hard to explain the rice sock as i get alot of injurys from squatting etc at gym and i'll just say i have a persistant groin issue. lol.

Also finally, gripping the dude for the jelqing is hard work, as you see i've not got a large FG or FL so the jelq is short at best, especially if i stop 1" before glans. , i am using the ok rip i just want to know where on the member is best to apply the pressure, top and bottom or sides (it seems awkward to do both as grip goes all the way around). I also appreciate that i shouldnt be squeezing too tight. Does anyone have an annalogy of the pressure required in the grip for optimal gains?

Anyway, thats my intro. phew. If i can just add a little confidence down there it would literally complete me and make my gf very happy (espcially if i could get some girth on my pencil dick lol. So basically i'm very hopefull for the future (if not sceptical).

Finally a question i have:

As a weight lifter i take ZMA (zinc, magnesium, Vitamin B6) supplements. These without doubt are (after protein) the most benefitial supplement for me as they make my sleep so much deeper, and supposedly can increase anabolism by up to 30% which of course helps my muslces repair stronger and faster over night, every night. As what you guys are effectively doing is promoting anabolism and repair in the cells of the penis to promote hypertrophy do you think this supplement will help me down there also?

Welcome clockwatcher, seems like you got a good mindset to achieve your goal's. This will take time so don't get in a hurry. Keep the intensity down until you understand how to do your routine and techniques properly, this will be time well spent for future gains.

Take a look at our journals and log entries and you can see our rollercoaster of victories and blackeyes. This is for real and in about three or four months you will be able to see it with your own eyes. It won't happen overnight, but if you stay on course with a sensible routine, you will be rewarded with a healthier, stronger unit.

As for the guy's in the shower that "appear" to be hung, don't fall into that trap. I've got a flacid length of about 2 inches, go figure.

sure I get it. less is very often more.

Overtraining is usually worse than not training at all and i imagine the same goes for your member as well.

When you say intensity what exactly do you mean? the amount of grip + duration of each jelq? If so thats the one thing i don't really find the answer to on this or any other site. I am worried that i may either be gripping too tight, in the wrong areas or stretching to much during the jelq. I'm uncut and so my foreskin rolls up over my glans as i do it, it's pretty elastic though.

This is definately hypothetical. In this exercise, jelqing, we are working to increase the size and volume of the cells in the penis (makes a lot of sense). However we're not creating any new ones as that's (almost) impossible organically. Now some guys are born with bigger cocks than others. Is that because they have more cells, or larger cells to begin with?

hi all happy to be a new member found this site searching the net hopeing to achieve something
i have been doing your exercises for a week and find it good but frustrating as i am not sure if i am doing it wright
trying to stay positive i would like to know also about penis pills will they work with this exercise program and can you recommend or anyone else tell me which ones are the best
i have narrowed it down to 3 vimax , prosullution and vigrx plus i am leaning towards vigrx plus but any information would be much appreciated

Welcome dannypreh! This site will change your life.

From what I've read, and there are lots of great posts here about penis pills, they don't work alone. Try the search feature. I found a post about prosullution I would look into some of the ingredients. There are some scary stuff that they decide to put into the pills. I would avoid any pills that contain Yohimbe. See the article on Yohimbe. Any time your taking pills you need to know the risks associated with them. And there is a difference between Yohimbine and Yohimbe.

A sample from the article:

Yohimbe Side Effects to Report
There are a number of potential side effects with yohimbe that you should report to your healthcare provider and which might indicate that you should stop taking the herb. These side effects are generally seen only at a high yohimbe dosage. These include but are not limited to:
  • High blood pressure (hypertension)
  • Low blood pressure (hypotension)
  • Severe anxiety or agitation
  • Paralysis
  • An irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia)
  • Kidney failure
  • Signs of an allergic reaction, such as:

A rash
Hives
Itching
Swelling of the mouth or throat
Wheezing
Difficulty breathing.

Bothersome Yohimbe Side Effects
Not all yohimbe side effects are dangerous; some are merely bothersome. Some of these bothersome side effects include:
  • Excitation
  • Shakiness (tremors)
  • Mild anxiety
  • Upset stomach
  • Increased salivation
  • Sinus infections
  • Irritability
  • Headaches
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Frequent urination.

Since a lot of pill providers, don't disclose the ingredients I am more prone to select tablets that I can research the ingredients.

I take these after looking at JonPop's recommendations

1 x L-Lysine 500 mg [brand: now]
1 x Special One Multi Vitamin & Mineral [brand: now]
2 x Zinc Chelate 30 mg [brand: Nature's Way]
1 x Super B-Complex with Vitamin C and Folic Acid [brand: Nature Made]


And I know I saw an article giving descriptions about L-Arginine, L-Lysine, and others. I can't find it now though.

Nope...mate, my native language is Portuguese actualy..thought I was born in Portugal
I was never raized ther, leaved in Vancouver Canada until 25 of age...


But I speak Spanish also, and English a litlle french, german, and Portuguese...LOL
