Rep Power: 0 | new need advice Hello, I am 59 and have a pretty serious case of ED. This makes jelqing with a partial erection almost impossible. I am focusing on trying to get my erection back via L-arginine/pycnogenol and doing kegels. I currently use an Osbon medical pump for intercourse, but would really like to be free of it.
For PE I suppose it would be best to focus on stretching? My erect length without a pump is 4.75" and soft, 5.5" pumped and hard. From memory that 5.5" is what I used to be prior to ED as well. I would appreciate any advice. I am considering the all day stretchers from sizegenetics or andromedical. Glad to be here hope someone can advise me. BTW, I purchased the books "The Hardness Factor" as well as "Exercising the Penis. |

Rep Power: 0 | This is Roc from Canada-I'm a new member. I indicated earlier I have been getting great results with PE Gym and that I would post my routine.I started Feb. 19/08 at 6"[side meas.] and now in early Aug. I am at almost 8 1/2". Girth was 4 1/2" and now at 5 1/4". I measure bone-pressed from the side because another pe site said it was the most common way of measuring-but it does show a greater number than measuring from the front. But all things being equal...here is my routine:
1. 10-12 minute warmup. I use a facecloth warmed up with hot water from the tap. Every 2 minutes I quickly warm it again. While I'm doing that, I insert my unit in a warm to hot glass of water on the bathroom counter. Sounds crazy, but I read about somebody else on this site doing it and it makes sense to keep it warm.
2. I do the basic stretch every session-down,right,left and out[I don't do up but now sometimes do them separately]-30 sec. holds. Each full rotation I call a cycle. I do 6 to 15 cycles per session[vary it each day] and every 3 cycles I rewarm the cloth and apply for 30-60 seconds.
3.Every session I add 1 or 2 alternate exercises-different each day and only for a few sets each to finish off[flaccid bend, kegels, internal stretch are a few examples. I also do what I call up and downs. Stretch unit straight out-slowly lift to top and give a short tug-lower to bottom position and give a short tug. Do this 5 times[1 cycle]:rest:repeat-3 cycles max.
Final notes: Session should take less than 1 hour. I started with 5 on/2 days off first 6 wks. Then switched to 4 on/3 days off-this seems to be working well. Remember: overtraining-bad. Recuperating-good. Pulling too hard-bad. Never skipping a proper warmup-good. During the last 24 wks. I had a 4 wk. layoff and later, a 3 wk. layoff[ did 1 session per week for maintenance. Note that I also do not jelk[tried it-didn't like it], so this opens the door to the possibility that good gains can be made for people who can't or won't jelk[dcell take note].If you haven't been getting good,or any gains, try this out,but do yourself a favour- take a break for 2-3 wks. before starting. I'm a bodybuilder[not a good one lol] and know the importance of intermittent recuperative breaks. I have a few more tricks up my sleeve[will post soon],but I better shut up for now. Good luck and any questions-let me know. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hello Thank you for all the information contained in this site and your willingness to share it with others. It is truly inspiring to see this type of dedication. I have searched around the internet for some time for a site as thorough and dedicated as this and, needless to say, have been disappointed until now!!
Let me introduce myself a little more and get right to the working part of my post. I am a married RN with two kids and a dog. My interest are physical fitness (B.S. - in exercise science), flying, and fishing. I am fairly healthy and enjoy physical challenges (hence part of my interest in PE).
I guess thats enough for now. Onward and Upward! I have done limited PE in the past (~2mth. total with 1 full month. in initially and ~4mth. off then another month). My very first rudimentary "length" = ~5.0" and I can say that was probably correct but not very precisely done. Recently I have taken new more accurate measurements and posted them in my profile along with my initial unrefined goals. Starting Aug. 2,2008 (in the pm) I completed one session of the "Beginner" Routine listed in the website. I have reviewed all the other information and read at least the top three "five star" posts out of every forum listed before joining the forum. I am ready and willing to work hard to attain my goals but want to do it effeciently and correctly. Upon that basis I have the following question (for now):
1. Having some minor experience with PE, should I follow the more "Advanced Begginer" routine with the LOT principle (mine's at 6 o'clock) or something else?
2. According to my BPEL and BPSL difference and the theory with it, should I consider hanging, and if so, what are the very basics of this method of PE (I've never tried it before)?
3. What question(s) do I need to be asking in this stage?
Thanks to all who reply for their time, commitment, and information.

Welcome to PeGym!
You should start slow and easy with the beginers program.
Don't get into advanced programs to quickly it may stunt your growth.
How to jelq and stretch properly is a good question to ask. |
