Hey G4, welcome here. On March 13th was my 5 year anniversy.
But I got you beat as far as gains. I started at 4 3/4". Now 8 1/2" So I am almost DLD. Hee.

Thanks, JonPop. Congrats on the remarkable gains. They are few and far between!! I had a pal from Australia who started under 5" and quit going on 8". I thought his gains were indeed remarkable.

Yeah, I actually did stop all PE for a period of 8 months, just to see if the gains were permenent. I lost to just under 8" in length and about 1/2" in girth when I decided that this wasn't acceptable and started back with the newbie routine. It only took a couple of weeks to regain my losses, but made me realize that a maintenence program would have to be a part of my life forever. You ever visited BetterMan? I went off of PE for a year and a half slipted down to 7" and not sure how far the girth went down. Started at 5.5BPEL now I am slightly over 8"NBP. Don't know what my BPEL is i seem to lose erection when attempting to do BPEL's.

I left Thunder's three years ago (actually, I was banned, I'm proud to say)--joined MOS--recently got reconnected with my good pal, Kingpole. I'm sure I visited BetterMan. I've visited them all at one time or another. I'll be sure to stop by at BetterMan.

Yes, maintenance is required. I seem to have been fortunate as of late as my BPEL is matching my flaccid stretches. I know this is hard to believe, but I pull my dick in my sleep now. Is that bad? He, he, he.

I'll have to post my story here at some point. I did gain an incredible amount of length during my fourth and fifth months of P.E., back in 2003, and the start of 2004--then cut back before these gains were cemented. I freaked out that I would end up with a 12 inch dick. Visions of grandeur, right?

I've never layed off for 8 months--I did lay off for a month late in 2004. But like you, I recovered my losses pretty fast. My girth gains have stuck over this time. It's length gains that seem to diminish if I don't do some kind of maintenance routine.

That is some comeback, Kingpole!! My dick usually flags when I try to measure it. It's shutter shy!!

If you're 8" NBP, you must be close to 9" bone pressed, don't you think? How much of a fat pad do you have? Over 2.5" is incredible, when you think about it. If I gained 2.5", I'd be well over 10". Actually, I WAS hitting those lengths back when. But that's ancient history, now.

Hi everyone im new here my name is slade just thought i would say hey.

right now im trying some exercises which consist of

5 min warm up
30 second streches each way 2x
30 seconds of getting the blood flow back in
10 mins of jelqs or like 200 of them. halfway erect
then a nice shower.

is that good too start off at?

my length erect is about 6 1/2 to 7 depends how erect erect i am.
im not sure what my girth is at the moment.

i need to get my girth up bad shamefull penis of mine. any pointers????

any help would be awesome

I carry my pubic fat in my obliques so the fat pad is quiter thin. Frustrating that I cannot get a BPEL but those NBP's are quite nice. I guess it may be about 8.4" maybe 8.5" And that is a guess.

Im thinking everyone has an issue of shutter shy peckers. It takes me as much as 10 minutes to get up to 8".

Slade, Welcome to the Gym

Those exercise are good to startout with. The Jelqing should increase your girth, make sure that you take your time with the Jelqing 3-5 sec strokes
