I'm Ben a new member here I've been working on my muscular development for approximately 2 weeks now.
I was just reading all these facts it seems very safe an legitimate. What really struck me was the fact that the penis is actually a muscle. If that is the case, does that mean that protein shakes and creatine can help contribute to the cause? I'm a bodybuilder, so I am very well aware of what these products are capable of on other muscles however, I'm curious to know if they will respond just as promptly to the penis as well as the other human muscles. Please reply |

Well, let's clear something up. The penis is not actually a muscle. It is, however, composed of about 50% smooth muscle (in the erectile chambers.) Smooth muscle is found in other parts of the body such as veins, arteries, and the heart. It is different from the skeletal muscle in our arms, legs and other body parts and requires a different approach for growth.
Unfortunately, protein shakes and creatine will have no noticeable impact on the smooth muscle in the penis. Taking these products will certainly not hurt your PE endeavors as the overall health of the body is involved in making good gains. Some supplements that many have found to be effective at assisting with gains are: L-Arginine, Ginko, and Yohimbe. Supplements alone will not make your penis grow but are useful for circulation, libido, etc. Aways use caution with any supplements and consult your physician or heath food representative with any dosage questions.

I first saw your site about three weeks ago and have have been working at it every other day since.
My starting BPEL was 7.5
Starting NBPEL was around 7.2
Since i've started, i've experienced about a quarter inch gain in length and a slight gain in girth, which surprises me as I didn't think i'd even gain that much that fast. My goal and the reason I started is to last longer and bring myself to a full 8" NBPEL, which would be over a 3/4" gain although I wouldn't mind going past that, but not by too much.
So far, it's done one of the two, although i'm sure stamina will come in time. |

I've been eyeballing the site for a few weeks, reading up on the articles, success stories and so on. It took me a minute to consider actually starting a PE workout routine because like most men I figured it wouldn't work since it seemed like i read a lot more negativity about PE and so forth. After reading all the things this site had to offer plus a few posts on the forum I just said "to hell with it, you never know if something works till you try it for yourself." I'm on my second week now, and hope to keep this up not to just see if it works but to reap the rewards that come with it working.
My starting BPEL is 7.8, NBPEL is 7.4, EG is 4.50. Haven't done much flaccid measuring since it doesn't really stay the same and can sometime be difficult for me to measure for some reason.
I plan to be an active member and am going to strive to keep on the PE routine. |

Rep Power: 0  | hey! first day on pe gym, and y had a question: l started doing penis streches and arabic milking and that tipe of things about two year ago. at first it all was going fine, l grew about 2cm in 5 or 6 months, after that it quit working. l kept on for almost a nother year but it just quit. dose any one have any advice for me. thanke you. |

Rep Power: 10   | Marc, its very common for gains to slow to a halt over time, the body is good at adapting. When this happens it's best to change up your routine. Try adding a new exercises or a new device, up your reps and/or intensity. Do something totally different. If you could tell us a little more about what routine(s) you were doing it would be helpful. Did you keep the same routine? Without knowing what you were doing it will be hard to advise.

Rep Power: 0  | Hi guys I have been jelqing already since the summer. So far I only gained .25 length and .125 -.25 girth so far. My girth measurement seem dependant on if I sit on y buttocks. If I sit on buttocks my girth measures thicker for some reason. I think I have to take a break though because I really havn't been gaining. And don't rush for new jelqers because if you do and fracture your penis you may get peyronies and end up with a svere curve or even an hour glass like effect

Rep Power: 0  | Hi I'm new. I'm skeptical about some of the gains posted. People gaining 2+ inches. I would take it but is it real? I'm a skeptic by nature, I guess you'd probably have to slap me in the face with your cock to really prove it as people lie, photos can be Photoshopped, etc.
Still I'm going to give it a shot. It just seems astonishing to me that people have 8" cocks and want it bigger!
