Default Litlle pain and question...

Hi, Im now at my 6nd weeks of PE. I have somme litlle length and girth gain. But now my Break(The little skin that old the penis skin) has cut a little bit, should i stop Peeing until it recover or just doing it smoother..?
Because it hurts a little bit and i dont want it to get it worst!!
But I dont want to loose nothing...

And I was wondering if my routine was ok...

My first routine was :

- 10 min Warmup in hot Shower
- All basic streches (down, left, strait, right up) 3 times each one 30 sec.
- 10 min Jelq
- 40 kegels

I started the new one last week:

- 10 min Warmup in hot Shower

- basic streches (down, left, straight, right, up) each one 30 sec
5 rotary streches to the right
5rotary streches to the left
- basic streches (down, left, straight, right, up) each one 30 sec
5 rotary streches to the right
5rotary streches to the left
- basic streches (down, left, straight, right, up) each one 30 sec


-Flaccid bend : (down, left, right, up) with 2 fingers
(down, left, right, up) with 3 fingers
(down, left, right, up) with 4 fingers

- 10 min of Jelq

- 3x20 of Kegel towel raise.

I think that you are trying to over exercise. Take a healing break for a week, then at that time try it again slower with your routine.

thx for the advice, i just did it a couple minutes ago.

I did it smoother i didnt had any porblems i did the rotary streches very smooth and did not flaccid ben with 4 fingers..

maiybe i should put away those rotary?

Lilpmp: What do you mean by "little cut"? Is it like cut in which you're bleeding? How did you get it?

If it's serious (as in blood, pain, stinging, etc), you'll definitely want to take a break.

If it's not serious, which I can't judge because I haven't seen it, then you may just want to hold off on the rotary stretches.
