Rep Power: 0 | Next step in my PE carreer Hi there!
Few weeks ago I started the babbis newbie routine, it seems to work for everybody excepts me. I´ve done my 5th workout (Yesterday, I´m on my first of 2 days rest) I´ve measured my dick and NOTHING (maybe some BP lenght).
Since I start my pe career more than 2 years ago I never gain nothing important (maybe 0,5 cms in BP lenght and 0 in girth). I understand that in past I usually overtrain my dick but it´s quite discorageous see how many people gets INCHES in his newbie states and I don´t gain nothing doing the things correctly.
I want to finish the routine (do de 6th workout and the week of "cementing" I don´t know what I´ve to cement but I´m going to do it) and take a week of total rest because the gains want to appear in this period
But I don´t know what to do later: If take the whole month as deconditioning break or try another routine.
Which of this 2 options you reccomend me? Next month I´ll have a lot of free time (my season of job finish this month) until aprox April of the next year. This month I´ll be little bit stressed because is my last month of work and in 27 of this month to 5 of the next I´ll be in a travel (but I can do some routine too).
My goals are very simple: gain 1 inch in each direction (girth and lenght) but I´m much more interested in girth.
Could you reccommend me a routine remek? I want to add (if possible) the amazing isometrics exercises (there is another post talking about). In past I could do dry jelqs with almost 100% erection without injury or pain (and my penis gets very thick!) but... as usual... I didn´t gain nothing.
Thanks for all, regards

Rep Power: 10 | kak: In addition to what I recommend below, check out what I suggested in the other two threads you posted in.
Regarding the actual routine: I'm not surprised you didn't gain from the babbis routine. Usually the guys who gain the most from it are have never PEed before. That said, I don't recommend taking a break because there is no reason to. You only take a break if the routine works and you want to go for another round.
I suggest moving up to a more advanced newbie routine. Check out the beginner's routine in our free guide: http://www.pegym.com/free-penis-enla...ercise-routine
You also may be a hard gainer. You don't know yet, as you could very well have not made any gains because of your overtraining. My suggestion is to slowly get back into PE, start with the normal beginner routine, and move up from there. Also be sure to check out the PI article I linked you in the Introduction Thread. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hello there
Should I finish the babbis routine or I swicth directly to the newbie one?
If I´ve to finish the babbis one (with his cementing phaze): should I take a week or because I don´t have any gains I could continue with the newbie one?
The progression: the first week is 1 on 2 off then the follow 5 weeks is 1 on 2 off, isn´t it? And the overload is 15 mins total in jelq and 4 in stretches. I think adding 1 to 2 minutes each workout in jelq (if I feel right) and 10 secs to every hold in stretch it´s the way. Any reccomendation?
From 29th of this month to 5 of the next I´m traveling (with my VERY beatiful girlfriend) so I don´t think I could do too much. I think in doing the babbis modified routine until 22nd then do the cementing phase until 29th and then take this week off... when I come back from my travel (more relaxed) I could start the newbie routine. It´s a good idea?
Thanks remek, sorry If I am a little bit boring (I don´t know how to say "pesado" in english [adjetive to desing a person who bore or buggy you])
Regards

About your routine: I would switch to the newbie routine now. There's no reason to do the cementing phase, as you have no gains to cement.
The progression for the routine is 1 on, 2 off for the first week and then 1 on, 1 off for the following 4 weeks. Since you already did 1 week of 1 on, 2 off, you can switch to 1 on, 1 off if you feel that you're ready. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hello Remek
I was wondering If I can still doing the babbis newbie routine until the next 29th because this is my last month working and I´m little busy (usually I work 12 hours a day).
Also I´ve purchased aakg (arginine) and that pine extract (pyc... what a name!) from EEUU and I want to start the newbie routine taking that combination of supplements.
I´ve plained to do the 1 on 1 off scheduled until the 21st of this month, then do a week of stretching, until the 28 (the "cementing phase", I prefer to call it "the stretching phase") then take my travel week as a rest week (for mind, body and dick LOL) and when I came back the 5th of the next month start with the newbie routine (1 day on 1 day off because the week of decon). It´s a bad plan?
I´ve another question (if you don´t mind): in TP I read a thread about the plastic vs elastic deformation and I read that it will be a good idea to hold a stretch between 120 to 180 secs. Because in the progression of the routine you´ve to do 10 minutes of total basic stretches and they´re five (up, down, left, right and "out") I was wondering if I could do a (incrementing bit a bit until arrives the 10 minutes of duration) only a set of 120 secs each.
Thanks for all remek, regards Kak

Rep Power: 10 | Kak: Your plan looks good. A key point that many beginners overlook is everyone is different - and the suggested routines are just guidelines, not absolute numbers that must be followed.
About stretching for long periods of time: It's not a bad idea to stretch for longer durations . . . and, of course, if done properly it will help your gains. But the keyword is properly. You're still in the beginner stages, so you'll want to avoid jumping into 2+ minutes of stretching just yet. Instead, gradually work your way up to it. Start out with the 30 second stretches and over a few weeks time, increase to 120 to 180 seconds. |

Rep Power: 0 | Hi Remek
Thanks for your guidelines, I´ll do just I´ve written below.
About the stretches I´ve explained myself bad (me and my english, LOL). What I´ve try to mean is that when I´ve to do 10 minutes of stretches (being more advanced into the newbie routine) Do a 120 secs stretch hold for each of the 5 directions instead 2 sets of 30 secs. In my begins I´ll do a hold of 30 secs for each directions and gradually add time.
Hope it´s clear, sorry for my english :$
I want to do another questions about stretches: could I do it AFTER my jelq sessions? I want to centrate my efforts into a good erections levels (aiming for girth) and I know that If I stretch before the jelqs my penis will be little sored or tired to do a proper jelq session. Is it very relevant the order of the exercises?
Regards

About your first stretching question: Yes, that's okay to do when you're more advanced in your newbie routine (as long as you have positive PIs)
And yes, you can stretch after your jelqing sessions. Many men do. Although different guys have different theories about which order is best, nothing has been set in stone or proven. The bottom line: Experiment and see which order works best for you. |

What do you think about wearing a cock ring after the routine? I don´t have a TheraWrap or an AceWrap to avoid the turtling period. I was wondering if it could be benefical to wear one for an hour just when I finish the routine.
Also I was wondering If It would be good to have some sex (without ejaculation) with my girlfriend (wearing a cockring) after the routine: I guess If I mantain the bigger erection provided by a routine could be good to achieve better gains, also, erections (If I´m not mistaken) are good for healing. What do you think? Could I overtrain my penis doing this?
No more questions for now, sorry If I do many.
Regards, Kak

About the cock-ring: If I were you, I'd wait to use an ADS/wrap/cock ring until your past the beginner stage. They do help, but for now stick with the beginner stuff. Trust me, it will be better for you, your gains, and your penis heath in the long run.
About sex with your girlfriend: If she's cool with it, go for it! |
