Default Kegel or not kegel ???

Well i am one of the men who had premature ejaculation problems after exercising my PC muscle ( doing kegel ) because i certly overtrained . so i really had to stop doing. But i was reading the begginers guide and found out that i should continue doing kegels.
Now i ask - Are there anyone in this forum that had premature ejaculation by doing kegels, but kept doing kegels getting to the point that the premature ejaculation disappeared , and now is really lasting longer in bed ???

sorry english mistakes

Me. Like yourself, I overtrained when I first started kegeling. I didn't use the exercise for a while after that, and then I learned that strong pelvic floor muscles help build stamina and hardness.

Since you overtrained and experienced premature ejaculation, you already know that your pelvic floor muscles play a crucial roll in how long you last in the sack. When you overtrained, you had weak pelvic floor muscles - and you ejaculated even quicker. When you have strong pelvic floor muscles, the opposite is true - you last longer in the bedroom.

Luis: Try the one on the beginner's guide. Just make sure you give your pelvic floor muscles plenty of rest.

If you notice slight ED/PE, then take it down a few notches. For example, try cutting the amount of reps in half.
