Default Couple of Questions

First I'd like to ask: is it better to warm up with an erection or without? I feel that with an erection I can properly wrap my warm up around my entire penis, but is it better to do it without? Thanks.

Secondly, I have noticed sometimes after doing exercises or the day after doing exercises I will feel some minor discomfort. Not really pain, just an odd sensation, perhaps akin to tiredness. I just started the beginners routine about 9 days ago, and I have been keeping 2 days between workouts, I am considering now whether I should move up and do a workout every other day? Or should I continue to space them out by two days? And is this minor discomfort simply the muscle being tired, and is it natural?

Thanks for any replies, this is a truly amazing site. Kudos to Remek for writing the guide.

Benta:

It's possible that warming up with an erection might be better, as the tissues in your penis - including the tunic and smooth muscle - will be stretched to their max. That said, I haven't heard of too many men warming up that way. . . Perhaps you're onto something?

Regarding your "minor discomfort" - what is it exactly that you feel? Is it just a soreness? Does it go away by the second rest day? Also, what are your PIs like?

And you're welcome for the guide Glad you could find it useful.

I have only been at it for a week, so I have only done my first measurement so far. I feel a bit more control over my erections though. The soreness is similar to the feeling of having to urinate, I'm actually not sure if its PE related- I think it may be kegel related.

Benta, is the urinating feeling in your penis or in your perineum area (which is your pelvic floor muscles)? If your PIs are healthy - and your erection quality is good - then you have the green light to increase the intensity. Just pay attention to your penis and if the PIs go bad, then the soreness is probably a negative PI for you.

The feeling is in the penis, however I am not entirely convinced now that it is even PE related, I will keep watch over it and I will report if anything changes or if I feel a PE-related pattern, in case this is something others may need to know.

Upon reflection, I'd actually say just in the last week, now going on 2 weeks, I have experienced all of the positive PIs, so I believe I will now begin to exercise every other day. Thanks for all the help!

Good to hear about the positive PIs, Benta. You should be fine to take it to the next level.
