It is said that black men are larger because they used to live in hot surroundings, f.e. Africa (duh).
Because they were exposed to such a higher amount of warmness (24/7 actually), their penises could develop more and better, resulting in an expansion generation after generation.
I don't know if this is true, and I can't recall where I got this from, but I see this as one of the best reasons for their larger units. | |

So, the determining factor is not height, hand/foot size, or race, it's geographic location!
That's why all the old men retire in Florida. They're no dummies!

Anyway, I stumbled upon some of my notes that might add some knowledge to this thread. I have a quote from an oldtime PEer named jelktoid (the guy reports a gain of 3 inches in length and 1.5 inchces in girth in 16 months). The quote came from a mini-interview I was doing with him for a success story. Quote: |

There are a lot of other warm places on earth. Sure, heat may make the flaccid penis a bit bigger temporarily but I can't see how it would affect the erect size permanently just by itself.
