Do gains last forever?

I dont know if this has been answerd before but am wondering... once you have gained the length and girth you require and you stop exercising, will your penis go back to the same size it was before or stay the same? Or do you need to keep exercising you keep your gains?

I did just read that it is permanent on the FAQ but i want to know if anyone on here has stoped for a while and lost his gains

"To increase your chances of making the gains more permanent for you, we recommend that you cement your gains. Cementing entails weaning yourself off of your penis enlargement routine."

What does it mean exactly by wearing yourself off? sorry for all the questions i just joined this today.

Am currently 6 inches and was fine with the size of my penis till i met this girl who was going out with and her last b/f who had a 7 inch penis or so am told and she was shocked to hear that 6 inches was normal... i know it shouldnt really get to me much but i would just feel alot better having an above average size penis. My aim is 7 inches hopfully to get it with in a year, am not expecting it to grow over a week. Anyway will see what the following months bring ^^

No one is really sure if gains last "forever," but men have reported that they quit PE over 10 years ago and haven't lost a millimeter.

The best thing you can do is cement your gains. Cementing goes something along the lines of this:

• You reach your goal.
• You start a 3 month cementing phase:
  • Month 1: Keep the same routine you made your most recent gains with
  • Month 2: Cut the routine in half
  • Month 3: Again cut the routine in half
  • Beyond cementing: Periodically do a maintenance routine.

no she didnt, the only reason she was shocked that the average was from 5.5 to 6.5 inches is coz shes only been with one guy and he was 7 inches. I personaly think from 5 and a half inches and above does the job. I was with a girl when i was 16 i was around that size and 3/4 of the times we had sex she cumed, so it has alot to do with how u use it. The main reason why i want mine around 7 inches is just for self confidance, i dont think am going to please the girl alot more or anything to what i am now, but just looking at it would make me feel better. I was reading articles and they think the average is alot lower then that anyway, coz from all the times they took they serveys to find the average, everyone knew they where going to be tested, so ppl with small ones where most likely never going to take part in a survey. I know i wouldnt and am suprised that other ppl actualy did. Vrox: Yea, it has a lot to do with how you use it (more than your penis size). . . But if you want to change your size - which a lot of men do - now you have a way. Just prepare for the long haul
