Default Increasing workout question.

Alright i;ve been doing pe for about 4 weeks and i notice that positive pi's dramatically increase on days i work out. On my off days i return to normal as if nothing happened the day before, I am currently on the one on one day off routine. Would you suggest i start doing excersises 2 days in a row and then one off?

MY current routine is
basic warmup
mix of jelqs for about 10 min or 200 reps by mixed i mean problably 50 jelgs are in an erected state.
about 8 min of stretching increased from 6 minutes, and i have also increased the intensity of my stretch
and ill jai stretch everytime i go to the bathroom about 20 reps.

and on off days i do nothing.

any input?

Yeap,

If you have been in your PE for 4 weeks you should be able to increase your days. Increase your exrecise to every other day during the week if you have the time.

Yeap: If you have healthy PIs, then, yea, it's about time to move up to 2 on, 1 off.
