Comparison of two beginner routines I personally have been using Remek's beginner routine as posted in the beginner guide- but what are people's thoughts about the comparison of the beginner routine posted by Babbis to Remek's?
Essentially, the comparison is of doing one week of PE and then a month of deconditioning, vs doing a low intensity continuous routine gradually increasing intensity. Based on general muscle conditioning both would work, but it seems like a month of deconditioning for a week of exercise is extreme.
Which of the two methods would those members with experience recommend? |
