Hi guys,I'm a new member but I've gone virtually through all the postings and threads on this site in the past month and I've found them to be very educational and informative.I've read alot about penal enlargement and found different theories and opinions but I'm willing to give this mystery a try and I must say that I've seen improvement in my thickness since I've started(1 Month with the beginners routine).I have some questions though and I will start by asking where and when do you measure FL, FG, EL, EG and with what?...a ruler or a measurement tape?
This is one of the best forum around on Men's Health...Good job guys and well done.

Mac10: Welcome to The PE Gym! Good to see the site could be useful to you.

Where to measure: Check out the measuring section in our free guide: http://www.pegym.com/free-penis-enla...sure-measuring. Let me know if you have any questions.

When: As often as you'd like. . . Iguana (a mod here), talks about measuring in the second part of this article, under Nothing Measured, Nothing Gained: http://www.pegym.com/articles/articl...-goal-224-41_2

The important thing is that you measure consistently, and track your progress at least every month or so.

Hope this helps.

Hi guys I have a question...this morning I noticed a short thick vessel(when erect) right at the underside of my penis extending from my glans,I checked it properly and noticed it joins to nothing its just there on its own,I actually traced it with my finger to see where it connects but it would rotate and come back to the same spot.I feel no pain I get my erections but I've not had any intercourse for some months now(wouldn't know what is gonna feel like with an intercourse) and I've been jelqing, stretching and I hung for the first time(6kg),which lasted for about 2 min with 3 set last night. Do you guys think I've damaged something and would need to see the Urologist for an Ultrasound?Or is it going to heal all by itself if I don't further irritate it ?
Thanks...

Mac: Bigger veins are a common side effect of PE. If the vein isn't painful, hot, or hard, then you probably don't have anything to worry about.

How long have you been PEing? It might be too soon to start hanging. Also, how are your PIs?

Thanks Remek,I've been PEing for about 6 weeks now and like I said in my intro that I've noticed thickness in girth and also gain a little in length.Last night after the exercise,I noticed a strange turtling I stimulated myself to gain a normal FL but it soon went back.Waking up was ok with normal morning wood but didn't last for long.I've not being able to maintain my normal length for long since today.I think cutting back a little would bring everything back to normal. These to me are signs of a negative PI.What do you think?
