If you want the quickest results, go with the basic beginner's routine.
About supplements: They might help (only
with the exercises). Some of the supplements men use include:
- Whey Protein
- L Arginine
- Yohimbe
- Horny Goat Weed
- Omega-3's (fatty acids)
- And practicaly anything else that provides extra blood flow to the penis
About masturbation: You'll get a lot of different opinions on this, but my overall consensus is:
- You should not stop masturbating
- If you're going for efficiency (most of us are), then you may want to not ejaculate for 2 hours before or after a PE workout
- This "2 hour rule" isn't set in stone, but simply what a lot of men have come to follow
