Default jelq question

Does anyone ever switch the way they use thier hands when jelqing? I mean if the standard jelq is the ok symbol where your penis passes trough your hand and you end with your thumb and index finger being the the first fingers to reach the head. Instead reverse it so yor thumb and index finger are the last fingers to finish, basically just flipping your hand over. It feels more effective to me, and just wanted to know if anyone has noticed if this works better. Also I feel like my dick can take a pretty good beating(no pun intended) if I see no negative pi's, should I still keep it light?

How many Jelq's are you doing and what is your rate for each stroke? I have always done the Jelqing the way you are talking about. I don't know about the other guys on the forum.

bod: If it feels more effective for you, go for it. I often switch up the grip when I jelq too. The goal, I find, is to keep the penis guessing.

How long have you been PEing? You'll want to keep it fairly light for the first few weeks at the least.

I have been messing around for about a month or more but I have been into a real routine for about a week. I'm pretty comfortable with the pace, I do about 10 minutes of jelqing at about 75%-90%. I do the A stretch, (wich is funny because I was doing that a long time ago, It's childish but I would tell my friend to look at my new watch and surprise!)the basic stretch, the compressor, the uii, and a few others. This is NOT all in the same day. I never feel like I'm hurting myself, in fact I think I could probably go a little harder, but I won't. I think I might be a fast gainer, but who knows.

Bod: Didn't you say you've only been PEing for about a month? Those advanced exercises aren't recommended to new guys. How are your PIs?

There arne no real negative PIs mostly neutral and positive. It's been a little longer than a month but I didn't take it seriously so I didn't really keep track of the time. Now that I'm into a routine, I think even just the bit of on again and off again PEing has conditioned me somewhat. I also go 1 day on 1 day off with my stretches and jelqing. on my off day I do keegles, and sometimes throw in the advanced excersises to switch it up. So far my best PI is a fatter flacid hand, it's not doing the turtle thing really. I've also noticed really solid erections that appear to bigger in both girth and length. I haven't felt any pain so far, but I have decided to go a little lighter based on the advice of all the threads I have read. I'm in no rush.

The key is keep the intensity at the minimum level to be effective. What level is that? Only you can decide. If your PIs are staying positive you're probably not over doing it. As remek said, watch the advanced exercises. Too early and it's a great way to get injured.

As for the hand position for jelqing, I have always jelqed the way you suggested. My little finger is away from the body and the thumb is closest. I agree with you, I find it more comfortable AND with your fingers to the outside, you can start much further up the shaft. Might be why some guys get the baseball bat effect. The standard jelq hand position looks like you are pushing out. This reverse position looks more like pulling.

Just my 2 cents!

I also jelq with the grip your talking about bodistava. The only thing is that I only do this with my right hand and keep the left one normal. Oh I was also wondering; some of the advanced excercises don't appear to be too dangerous to me, like the A-stretch. I do a few of these during my routine. Why would those be advanced?

They add a lever - such as your wrist or other hand - to increase the amount of force being used.

I used both Jelq methods, but it feels that the one with the thumb and index finger reaching the glans last feels more effective. I am in my 2nd month of PEing.
