I usually start with a light overhanded grip about one inch above the base and and pull back as far as I can before applying the main grip. This helps keep my sack of nuts out of the way. After you do them for awhile you won't even notice all of the minor steps, that is when you will start seeing major results. Don't look at what you are trying to do but visualize what you need to do. Go by the feel of your unit, this is the best indicator to use at this point.

Throughout the first month you will be able to see a slight plump, 1/8"X1/8" is not uncommon. Don't get these confused with actual gains. I can see up to a 1/4"X1/4" plump after a good 10-15 minute jelq session and can hang sometimes around 6", however it won't be there the next day. Like you said this takes time, please don't think if you do them longer and harder that you will gain quicker. Focusing on your technique's and understanding what your unit needs will produce far better results in the long run.

I'm familiar with the "less is more" concept and I endorse it. I'll keep on practicing the jelq and hopefully I'll get better at it overtime. How hard should the grip be? Initially I started with a very hard grip and after reading and getting some red dots I started using a much lighter grip (just a bit harder than when masturbating).

Remember to pay close attention to your EQ and your morning wood. These are your front line PI's. If your EQ seems to start going through the roof decrease your erection level and increase jelq intensity, or decrease stroke time. If your EQ seems to fall off increase your erection level and increase stroke time. I try to split my jelq routine into three five minute sessions to maintain a balance. Something like the routine below. Note the lack of advanced techniques. I will do the very least that I can to obtain results. I may not be the quickest gainer but I will gain where it counts the most, EQ. Not to be confused with IQ. This is not a recommendation but only an illustration of what you need to find for yourself. Good luck.
  • Warmup for 10 minutes with massage
  • Continue warmup while stretching for an additional 5 minutes
  • Jelq for 10-15 minutes
  • First 5 minute jelq using 6-8 second strokes at 40-50% EL
  • Warmup for 2 minutes
  • Second 5 minute jelq using 8-10 second stroke at 50-60% EL
  • Warmup for 2 minutes
  • Third 5 minute V-jelq using 6-8 second stroke at 30-50% EL
  • After final 2 minute warmup do KEK's for 3 minutes
  • Cool down with lukewarm water while doing light stretches

For me EQ is also the most important thing about PE. What's the point of having a big penis that does not work properly? I rarely have morning wood although I know I have erections throughout the night as sometimes they wake me up.
Thank for your advice on the relationship between EQ and jelqing I've never read about it before and it will surely help.

I also try to keep my workout to the minimum, right now it is like this:

1. 8 minutes hot wrap
2. 3 sets of five ways stretching - with a rotary stretch in between set (~9 minutes)
3. 110 three second jelq (~11 minutes)
4. 5 minutes hot water shower
5. 10 minutes kegeling (long and short holds, I try to variate as much as possible in order to fully train the muscles)

I usually alternate between a OK grip and an overhand OK grip to make sure all the penis is worked. I've recently tried V-Jelq although I still have to practice those and I don't know if I clearly understood how to do them. I always jelq standing and straight out.
I also split my jelq routine into sets although I do not warmup in between sets. I just split into sets to maintain my erection at the right levels.

Are there any benefits to kegel while erect? I usually kegel flaccid.

I've been reading about cool down and thought I'd give it a try but I don't know if it will work for me because I do my PE in the shower, so after my workout I shower to get rid of lube, and that takes me at least 5 minutes and I don't shower with cold water. Do you think I should cool down with cold water after I shower for 5 minutes with hot water?

Just to finish sorry if my English is not the best but it is not my main language.

I also shower after my workout but use a cooldown routine. Consistency is the key to any routine. You can make small changes and see results, If you are hit and miss at your routine then there is no way of knowing what actually is working. Do what makes you comfortable and go from there.
