For me EQ is also the most important thing about PE. What's the point of having a big penis that does not work properly? I rarely have morning wood although I know I have erections throughout the night as sometimes they wake me up.
Thank for your advice on the relationship between EQ and jelqing I've never read about it before and it will surely help.
I also try to keep my workout to the minimum, right now it is like this:
1. 8 minutes hot wrap
2. 3 sets of five ways stretching - with a rotary stretch in between set (~9 minutes)
3. 110 three second jelq (~11 minutes)
4. 5 minutes hot water shower
5. 10 minutes kegeling (long and short holds, I try to variate as much as possible in order to fully train the muscles)
I usually alternate between a OK grip and an overhand OK grip to make sure all the penis is worked. I've recently tried V-Jelq although I still have to practice those and I don't know if I clearly understood how to do them. I always jelq standing and straight out.
I also split my jelq routine into sets although I do not warmup in between sets. I just split into sets to maintain my erection at the right levels.
Are there any benefits to kegel while erect? I usually kegel flaccid.
I've been reading about cool down and thought I'd give it a try but I don't know if it will work for me because I do my PE in the shower, so after my workout I shower to get rid of lube, and that takes me at least 5 minutes and I don't shower with cold water. Do you think I should cool down with cold water after I shower for 5 minutes with hot water?
