Very hard to say. Everyone's body is different. Some guys gain very quickly and some barley at all.
If you are somewhere in the middle, a year might be a realistic goal. You need to be determined and dedicated no matter how long it takes.

Well, I am of the belief that anything is possible as long as you put your mind to it- meaning before you do it, research.
I'm starting my second week for the JP routine tomorrow, today's my rest day. I hear people saying for gains of .5" in half a year, others even faster. I measured myself this morning and even though I'm sure they aren't cemented yet. I've gained .25" in length, measuring by pressing the bone. I think everyone's body is different and 3-4 inches is attainable. But like weight training, you gotta be consistent. That's just what I've learned from my own body for weight lifting, now I'm applying it to PE. Also pay attention to your PIs. And listen to any advice, but remember it's advice, not fact.

It took me a month to put on the first inch. I had been doing PE as a lurker on Thundersplace and for the first few month all I gained was flaccid. When I joined I discovereed I was not comepleteing the jelq. After studying the tutorials I learned to comeplete the jelq and started growing quickly.

If you don't mind me asking Kingpole, What do you mean by "not completing the jelq"?

Just thought it may be a common issue and your answer may help other n00bs (maybe me) not make the same mistake.

Regards

Yes please enlighten us on this issue kingpole. I don't think I've got the jelqing technique totally right yet, so any information on common mistakes is appreciated.

Most people may let go of the grip before they start the next stroke, JP brought this up in a recent post. Make sure you stop before you reach the glans, with time you will notice where to stop, I stop about 1/2"-1" below. Hold at the end of the stroke for about 2 seconds while starting the next stroke. This is a built in extra stretch and helps enlarge the glans to match the rest of your unit. As you move up the shaft from the base slowly release the top grip. This will maintain a constant pull and pressure on your unit, it may not be much but it will make a difference over a 10-15 minute jelq session.

The Jelq may appear to be a simple exercise but the more you do them you will understand how complicated they can become. Intensity, erection level and time of stroke can be varied to bring about different aspects throughout your routine. Taking the time to understand the Jelq will be time well spent.

Jelq is not simple at all, there are a lot of variables that interfere with the final result. It takes time, practice, effort and knowledge to get the right technique. That's what I'm trying to do, and I want to thank you for helping me.

I usually let go of the grip because I need to push the skin on my penis back (I have a turkey neck) although I'm going to try and do this, maybe with practice I'll get it. Also am I supposed to get a plumped effect on my penis after my workout? It usually goes away in a few minutes although on the next day I notice my flaccid hangs lower and fuller.
